I made this beasty a way while back and I never got around to posting it here.  Its my first time making a monster with an official-style statblock.  What do you guys think?  Is it overpowered, or is there anything wrong with it?  It was supposed to be an endgame thing, a sort of "nature will attempt to balance itself by force" type of scenario.
