I want WoTC to know about how many people have cancelled their accounts based on these recent problems. I went and cancelled auto renewal as soon as I saw how buggy CB was, because I had no problems at all with the old CB, it was the main reason I even had an account because I was tired of the slow process of making chars the paper way. Feel free to vent the same here but I wanted to know, who also feel the same way.

I'm sure WotC already has the numbers of who cancelled.

Of the two approaches to hobby games today, one is best defined as the realism-simulation school and the other as the game school. AD&D is assuredly an adherent of the latter school. It does not stress any realism (in the author's opinon an absurd effort at best considering the topic!).
It does little to attempt to simulate anything either. (AD&D) is first and foremost a game for the fun and enjoyment of those who seek the use of imagination and creativity....
In all cases, however, the reader should understand that AD&D is designed to be an amusing and diverting pastime, something which an fill a few hours or consume endless days, as the participants desire, but in no case something to be taken too seriously.
For fun, excitement and captivating fantasy, AD&D is unsurpassed. As a realistic simulation of things from the realm of make-believe or even as a reflection of midieval or ancient warfare or culture or society, it can be deemed only a dismal failure. Readers who seek the later must search elsewhere. - Gary Gygax. 1e DMG.

Never hurts to remind them... over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
Seriously, i've never seen a company so blantantly ignore the backlash it's getting because of it's unprofessionalism and not make changes or at least acknowledge the stupid things that they did and start cleaning them up. WotC is a terrible company. They are so incompetent they could screw up a wet dream. The only reason i give them money is because i like D&D and not them. Thank god i don't buy any of their other products.

Hah.
Of course what you guys say matters! But there are some things - like the offline access option - that are not possible, sorry.

I canceled and got a prorated refund for the remainder of my subscription yesterday. Eventually that dragon icon should disappear.
Edit: hey, there it goes. Bye bye, icon!

I turned off autorenew back in October, and got refunds for September, October, and November. My subscription ends Dec 2, so expect the dragon to go away around then unless WotC convinces me otherwise.

I canceled and got a refund for the past 3 months.
DDI Subscriber from Nov. 2008 to Nov. 2010
Yes, I was an annual subscriber before the original CB ever even came out. That's how excited I was. Note past tense.

I've cancelled my autorenew, I'm going to give the CB a month before I ask for the remainder of my subscription back. I figure if it doesn't fully support Dark Sun by then, I'm going back to paper and pencil.

I haven't yet but I will. I just want to check the more recent mags for any material I might want to keep before I go.
I'm planning to ask for a refund for September through to whenever I'm paid up to (January I think). I was willing to let the no-content months slide if the online builder was decent, but...
I will come back in a few months if they can clean this online builder up to at least the level that the old one was at.

I haven't cancelled yet, but I've disabled auto-renew.
I intend to send an e-mail this weekend asking for a refund for this period of what I regard as unacceptable service delivery. If they haven't gotten things sorted out in the next month, I'll be asking to have my subscription cancelled with a pro-rated refund for the remaining months.
