nice flavor. this place place would make a nice addition to a campaign. it would fit well with my notion of a fey demesne that is ruled by hags and trolls.

I do like the flavor here. I'm a bit wary of the potions as cheap, common consumables with potentially potent effects (Essentially indefinite Eladrin disguise or waterwalking for trivial cost.) The fey step potion, on the other hand, seems a perfect balance - well-costed and uncommon, and the way it loses potency with repeat use limits abuse even if a PC obtains a large number of them.
