Here's a list of miniature ideas for Gamma....

Kai Lin (Lizard Vine): Guard Drake (flocked), Warbound Impaler

I would add

Feymire Crocodile as a proxy for Kai Lin.

Kai Lin are medium sized and the Feymire Croc is huge sized. But it's an excellent suggestion for anyone needing a really big Kai Lin.

Huh. You are correct. I guess I just never saw it as a medium figure size. Maybe if it was proped up on 2 legs, but on it's belly, it looks to be a 4 square figure. Even the scale illustrations in hte rulebook (pg.118) seems to make this point as it's length profile is roughly 3 times that of a human.

I know that the rules call it medium-sized, but I think I'm going to play it as a large creature.

Thanks for pointing that out for me though.

Well, the scale illustrations seem to have some issues: the Horl Choo for example (small) looks almost large (in previous editions the Horl Choo was described as "an odd black plant that looks like a lumpy porcupine with long quills, about a meter in diameter").

Still, in the previous editions the Kai Lin were described as "a 3-meter long, sinuous body" so I guess both the scale picture and effectively 'size medium' could be conceivable. But I completely understand playing them as large.

In case anyone wants to see one painted up, I used a Thumper War Captain (already on the list) and gave him a flamethrower as a stand in for a hoop.  Specifically, the Iron King from the introductory adventure.

Some new ones that I've discovered in my searches...

Hawkoid: MK Wereraven
Plant: male Thornhusk female MK Forest Nymph, Splinter, Thorn Maiden
Android/Giant combo: Heroscape Major Q10 (can also be used for a power-armored enemy)

Androids or Robot troops: SW Elite Sith Trooper, Sith Guard, Operative, Trooper 1, Trooper 2, Trooper Captain,
Klickies: MK Grappler
Vegepygmies: DDM Twig Blight
Thornies: DDM Warbound Impaler (reassigned from Kai Lin duty, due to being too big)
Orange Herps: Monsterpocalypse Vice Pincer
Soul Besh: Monsterpocalypse Cliff Hopper
Shieldbot: SW Sith Assault Droid ... oh, and I'd switch the ASN Assassin Droid to being a Sentybot, rather than a Shieldbot.

Some Star Wars minis I'm using for specific factions or cryptic alliances, simply based on their look, uniform, etc:

Pure Strain Humans (perhaps Ishtari): Galactic Alliance Scout and Trooper. Human Engineer. Human Mercenary. Human Soldier of Fortune. Czerka Scientist. Imperial Dignitary and Imperial Inquisitor.
Knights of Genetic Purity: Old Republic Captain, Commander, Guard, and Soldier. Elite Clone Trooper and Galactic Marine. I was also thinking of repainting these to match the Galactic Marine and Elite Clone Trooper... Snowtrooper 1, Snowtrooper 2, and Snowtrooper Commander.
Iron Society: Utapaun Soldier 1, Soldier 2, and Warrior.
Area 52 Aliens: Kaminoan Ascetic and Medic. Duros Mercenary, Scoundrel, and Scout. Weequay Pirate. Captain Mar Tuuk. Neimoidian Soldier 1, Soldier 2, and Warrior.
Xi: HK-50 Assassin Droid. Krath War Droid. Commando Droid 1, Commando Droid 2, and Commando Droid Captain.

I don't know if they've been mentioned already (though I doubt it as they are a small company), but On The Lamb's Brushfire Miniatures provide some good miniatures for re-purposing. They've got big Badders covered, as well as other miltant and crazed mutant rodents. Eventually they plan to release mutant reptiles and amphibians as well.
