I find it hard to look at races other than Human. I do love me my second useage of Rain of Blows from Adroit Explorer.
You can do the same with Dragonborn and Mithral Arm.
You mean this Mithral Arm?
MITHRAL ARM PATH FEATURES Astral Knowledge (11th level): You gain an encounter attack power of 7th level or lower from your class. You cannot choose a power that you already know. At 21st level, you can replace this power with an encounter attack power of 13th level or lower from your class.
Is there something that lets you get past the underlined part?
Contrast with Adroit Explorer:
ADROIT EXPLORER PATH FEATURES Ambitious Effort (11th level): Choose an encounter attack power of 7th level or lower from your class. You gain that power. If you choose an encounter attack power that you already know, you now have two uses of that power per encounter. At 21st level, you can replace this power with an encounter attack power of 13th level or lower from your class.

Very. However, the writer of the guide has been absent from the forum for some time, and has told us that he does not expect to return.
For reference, Spiked Chain or Triple Headed Flail would both work, the former being particularly nice for reach and proficiency, the latter for large damage dice, but losing out on power strike benefits is a bit of a cost, particularly given that you get to prone with Power Strikes using a gouge anyway, and reaslistically, if combats are going past your 3 Power Strikes, the teams as a whole is probably doing something wrong.
It's a powerful combo, and definitely worth considering, but it's probably not optimal.

Well if it is the spiked chain and you take that multiclassing proficiency feat for spiked chain that makes it a light blade then you can use the blade benefit for power strike which allows for you to slide targets. With your other feats when you power strike you can slide-turn into prone-then slide again the main target and do it to all their closely grouped friends proning entire mobs if they stick close.

"Warforged Superiority" in the Warforged feat section.
Building a warforged slayer right now and its not showing up on the selectable feat list.
Compendium says it requires a Fighter's class feature "Combat Superiority" which the Slayer does not have.
here's the compendium entry.
Warforged Superiority Heroic Tier Prerequisite: Warforged, fighter, Combat Superiority class feature Benefit: Whenever you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, you also knock that creature prone.

Right you are.

Is anyone planning on updating this handbook? Or creating a new one altogether?

I love the idea of having an Elven Chain Shirt for the quick AC bonus, but if I'm reading it correctly I believe it can only be paired with light armor or no armor. Scale armor, which most of us have, is Medium armor.
Does this mean we can only use the Elven Chain Shirt if we turn our Scale to Mithral? If so, doesn't that mean we can't get the Dwarven Armor bonuses? Or is there some war of making Mithral and Dwarven co-exist that I'm not seeing?

Wrong edition for one. Armors are only Heavy or Light in 4th. Honestly, if you can get the chain shirt, Hide doesnt look bad for something that is raising dex as agressively as Str

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for the quick reply. I'm building a Slayer (which I like very much, so far) largely based on this guide and some of my own tweaks. Keep the updates and the conversation flowing!
