Love the article, as usual.
Costume recommendations: I personally like a sub-custome theme. So for example, you take one very recognizable character/person (i.e., Drizzt, Darth Vader or a Warforged -- in keeping with WotC/Hasbro licenses of course) and have them dress-up as something else that has a contradictory or contrasting flavor (i.e., the Warforged as something unique from Darksun, Drizzt as Winnie the Pooh or Vader as Little Bo Peep -- licenses be damned!). Alternatively, your team could just dress-up as the actual individuals from the Creative Team, although not sure those folks are recognizable enough to pull that off.
