I also was going to take the Wizard power Prismatic Beams at level 15. With the feats of Icy clutch of Stygia and Hellfire Master and with a Charisma of 18 if I hit all 3 defenses with said power, after the creatures are done saving from all the effects I should have done and extra 45 damage or fire and cold.
What are your thoughts on the extra damage vs sticking to just straight up mass penalties to saves? I like to think of the character as damned if you do and damned if you don't... save that is

Well, I was going to takethe feat at level 2 and pick up the talisman and the skull mask. Then at level 11 pick up the paragon path hammer of vengeance which gives a -2 to saves. I was also going to take the Secrets of Belial for the power Storm of Energy.
Except you're not a Tiefling until Epic Tier when you get the capability through the Epic Destiny. If you are a Tiefling, you just dinged Wisdom...also, how are you boosting Charisma to 18? That's very expensive...

My starting stats for those abilites are Int 14, Wis 16, Cha 14. After tiefling mods my stats are 16, 16,16. Leveling to 11th I put 2 points into Wis an one in each of the others which brings me to. Int 18, wis 19, cha 18. Most of my powers involve fire or fear, so with the help of the feat Hellfire Blood I some what make up for the Wisdom stat only being 19 and the Int stat only being 18.
I know I'm a little behind when it comes to straight up Wisdom and Int, but I feal that if i had several creatures taking 18 points of damage per save over the course of several spells. ie Prismatic Beams, Fire Shroud, Malediction or Rigidity that might compensate for the dinged Wisdom.
Again I know this is suppose to be a mid/max forum, but you were the only person I really saw posting things similar to my own build.
Also that holy symbol can you only use it's daily power if you have prof. with it?
All in all, I really don't crunch numbers just wanted an outside opinion

I think you're going to find it very, very expensive in Heroic to do that - plus, remember, Seal of the Heretic is not fire or fear and that's your opening move.
Unless there's a particular reason that I'm missing, at the bare minimum, you should start with Int 18, Wis 16, Cha 14 or 15. Then leave Cha alone. It will probably still feel expensive to get Hellfire Blood, because that will be your 3rd accuracy feat(after Expertise and Accurate Implement)

How are you applying the covenant of wrath rider on seal of the heretic? Don't hybrid invokers only get a manifestation? I'm asking because the CB seems to treat these as 2 different things - when I try to build a hybrid, he doesn't qualify for any of the feats that require the Divine Covenant class feature.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I just wanted to say this build is amazing! One question though:
At 30th I only see two powers that stun->dominate. Is Royal Command of Asmodeus still worth it with only two powers? Were there more in a previous version of the build?

No, encounter dominate where you miss on a 1 and get a reroll is still encounter dominate that almost never misses. Enlarge Spell for burst 3 and potentially hit 2-3 targets. There are some earlier stuns in the build that get retrained out of, though.
