Definitely going to be using these in my campaign one way or another.
My PC's recently picked up a dragonborn warlord for their leader slot. They lost their former leader slot due to a scheduling conflict. At any rate, I am thinking of having them stumble upon these Dracohars and initially it will all be role played. Eventually, someone in my party will act incredibly rashly and combat will almost certainly ensue. (I know these guys too well...)
Either they will find out that these cloaked bandits are dracohar and slay them, or they will try and reason with them and end up with a few new allies in the mountains. I am hoping the warlord sees that they are not there to harm, but just simply there because they are essentially outcasts.
Anyhow, already got the idea file going and I JUST read this article.

I don't know . . . a race of dragon-headed humanoids that aren't dragonborn? I felt the concept was a bit redundant, I would have preferred the dracohar to be a local culture of dragonborn, perhaps unique dragonborn.
Which reminds me, are the dragonkin mentioned in current 4e Realms lore? I would've like to have seen them retroactively described as dragonborn native to Faerun, or at least inhabiting Faerun before the Spellplague brought Abeir's dragonborn to the continent.
