I just wanted to check on the status of my account. The lack of information regarding the character builder updates has me erring on the side of WotC not particularly caring about the end-user.
I log in and try to check my account activity and I get this...
The checkout process is not currently available. Please try again later
They have all but guaranteed I am cancelling my renewal.
It's a shame, this whole thing had potential and their inability to give even a bit of information to us only serves to make this whole process more frustrating.

It looks like this issue has been resolved. I was able to log in normally, without the error I saw yesterday. If you are still having an issue, please let me know.
