Also, bear with me as I ask some perhaps stupid questions. I am both new to playing 30th level characters and having this wealth of action but looking at th eNova it seems like way too many actions than are allowed. Normally you get 1 move, 1 minor, and 1 standard with some free actions thrown in right?
But the Nova(turn 1) has 2 minor actions along with both a move and a standard. How?
then during Turn 2 I count 5 standard actions though using 2 action points only nets 2 standards right? So then you would only have 3 standard actions for that round.

Turn 1 - Bountiful Seconds gives you an additional minor action per round.
Turn 2 - Crown of Victory let's you spend 2 AP per encounter, this gives the 3 standard actions. Rune of the Hero's Resolve grants the 4th standard action. Then Haste grants and immediately uses the 5th standard action. The Charm could let him use another action point for a 6th standard action I believe. (Such as finishing the enemy off with Claim the Prize or Driving Offensive if you retrain the level 19 daily).

And incase you were wondering, the 4 minor actions that are used in the second turn are from the following: Ring of Free Time (1 minor action), Downgrading move action to a minor action, Bountiful Seconds (1 minor action), and the normal minor action.
EDIT: The new Mercenary theme would go really well with this character as well. A couple more points of static damage as a No Action is always good.
Takedown Strike Encounter Martial No Action Melee 1 Trigger: You hit an enemy adjacent to you with an attack. Target: The triggering enemy Effect: The target takes extra damage from the triggering attack equal to the ability modifier used in the triggering attack, and you knock the target prone.

Took this build fore a ride last night at lvl 29 and then for the final confrontation with Orcus at lvl 30. There is no denying the damage output of this build. In the early encounters I just did a minor solar flare of hurricane of blades followed immediately with nonchalant collapse and flurry of blows and killed 700hp demons by myself. The battle with Orcus however we did not have a milestone so no extra minor from ring of free time and I had spent the belt of titan strength in a previous battle.
So the orcus battle started out a bit suboptimal from this characters perspective because of how far away orcus was but after a few rounds melee was joined and the battle was won by one of our players dominateing Orcus and not allowing him to ever be able to save aganst it. Some power that dominates and then the player can force Orcus to attack another player but if Orcus misses he stays dominated. With a combo of powers, feats, magic items etc, one player had an AC of 68 that Orcus would have had to overcome which he could not do except on a 20. So after my setup round but prior to the nova round effectively the battle was over. However I went through the nova list of actions and everything works fairly seemlessly and I did 1400ish damage I think but without some extra move actions and only having 1 action point instead of two and no titan belt I couldnt go full Nova on his ass.
One thing about this build though is it clearly overshadows the rest of the party which is not necessarily a good thing. While I am rolling and rolling and rolling dice and crucnhing numbers, for 20 minutes or so, the group is sitting there with disbelief on their faces at what is going on. And then when the damage is tallied they have the look on their face like "why did I even show up?" I had told them what I was doing and it was only for this one session but I wouldn't recommend playing this character for the long hall (though I do not know that he would ever be viable at any level other than 29 or 30).
As far as this build goes though the theory(at lvl 29 and 30) is sound. He hits mega hard and nothing can survive without lots of luck. However, all Defenses are significantly weaker than other party members. That could have been an issue if Orcus hadnt been dominated but it never mattered in this fight. Also, god forbid something survives after nova or you have a couple badasses to fight, once the powers in the nova are used, this build loses pretty much all of its effectiveness which could possibly be said for all classes but just wanted to note it.
All in all had fun taking him for a spin and really enjoyed that thousands of damage I did over the course of the 6 hours I played last night.
