Below is a list of articles that explicitly deal with the Forgotten Realms. Note that I left out 'channel divinity' articles for Core deities that also exist in the Realms (i.e. Bane, Moradin, Corellon, and Sehanine), since those articles do not contain Realmslore.
Note that there are also a series of RPGA adventures that - until Q3 2010 - are also considered canon, and some also contain Realmslore.
See the LFR Community for more info on these adventures, and www.livingforgottenrealms.com for download links of these adventures.
WotC also has its own list of FR-related articles, but that list is inaccurate.

This list is maintained by Pierre van Rooden (pvrooden@gmail.com). Please notify me (see: Discussion) when you desire changes.

That is a great list...and definitly enough to make Compiliation book.  I know this is way off yopic and not even the right board really...but does Eberron get as much love from DDI?

Yep. Quite a lot of really good general articles have come out of Eberron like the familiar article and living spells. The real place that FR/Eberron support lacks is adventures specific to either setting. If I had a complaint about DDI support that's where I would put the main issue.
