Thako, first off...your format is a little messy >_< Took me a sec to piece it together lol
On the Skulk, its located in the MM3. The only reason I say it's a PC killer is because right in the "Skulk Murderer in Combat" section it states, "These fiends eagerly stop to deliver a coup de grace (wow I butchered that last time lol) against a fallen foe"

First of all A) ITS teh internet, You know things like OMG and WTF and n00b and pro and such as been invented hear right? Things are made to be messy.
B) I kinda answerd my own question when i wrote it and was like ER nvm.
161) Skill Challanges! HorZar If you want to be friends with someone it dosnt just take a Roll to do it in! Hey You Super Evil Dragon Half Demon who i just stole all your loot. WHY CANT WE BE FRIENDS? *Makes a Realy High diplomacy roll* :Half Dragon Demon: " Well I Dont know I Guess I can see the reason why you would want to still a evil half dragon demon loot and run away. Its just that people can be so annoying and never take the time to listen you know?"
NO More Of That. The Skill Challange Is GREAT. and yes ive had players whos attempted to do that.
I Think im one of the few DMS whos run across just about evey single Power Gamer Meta Game Thinker out there. Or Super Role Play Junkie
I Should be known as the Dealing with Extremes DM / PC Player out there seriously 95% Of the ppl i know are Extremists.
SUPER Into Roleplaying or SUPER Into trying to pull stunts like the above off. Now I Can Fight them at there own game and make them try a skill challange out! muhahaha.

My apologies if I came off as condescending Thako, I didn't intend to >_<
162.) The sheer volume of material being printed, both offline and on. For some I can easily see this being a bad thing, but as a collector and former business owner, I friggen love it. I can't seem to keep my collection quite full, which is nice cuz I usually have something else to look forward to. Also, I'm pretty much never out of reading material, which leads me to my next point.
163.) The quality of the fluff. Maybe I'm just romantisizing, but it feels like the fluff in 4E is some really high quality stuff. I think the divorce of fluff from crunch allowed them to really flesh things out, and I for one love it
