Winter Routine, Same cardio as my summer routine. 3 Minutes of Overhead lifts. 50lbs 3 minutes squats 50lbs 3 minutes of power cleans 50lbs 2 minutes of rows 50lbs 2 minutes of Shrugs 30lbs 2 minutes curls.
Later in the day, 5 sets of 30 pushups, 200 situps, 3 minutes of knee lifts. 2 minutes of torso twists, 2 minutes of curls 15 lbs, 2 minutes of diamond press 20lbs. 2 minutes of reverse diamond press 20lbs.
current weight. 160lbs.

Starting my summer routine early this year. For... reasons. Also omg I must be a masochist... why would anyone do this to themselves?
