Update November 2010: change due to free action errata in Nova and DPR Rogue/PMC Ranger/Martial ArchetypeThis build can choose 5 minor action attacks from the rogue&ranger list. Using the martial archetype ED, those attacks will become reliable and recharge on a critical hit. In a standard encounter, this means he can easily use 3 attacks per round (twin strike + minor or rain of blows). The build is relatively bulletproof vs. rule updates, using only frostcheese. Also, as a brutal rogue he can add his str modifier to all attacks, basically changing twin strike to a twin MBA... 3 attacks + move: 197 DPR. 4 attacks (no move): 263 DPR. (2 attacks + move + minor: 132 DPR) build

Nice!
What's wrong with classic piercing strike or Deft Blade feat?
And why you've chosen rapier over spiked chain mastery? Windrise Ports ain't that ugly place to live in.
finding a good ranger pp is a bit hard isn't it? I mean what are the choices here? Ruthless Punisher, Blade Dancer or what? White Tiger? Not a perfect array of possibilities..

I like the mobility of acrobatic strike more, but you can just as well take piercing strike for more precision. The Deft Blade feat is too expensive (i'm too featstarved).

I cannot take a ranger pp since i go PMC (paragon multiclass) ranger. I tried to keep the cheese to a minimum and the build usable (no specific background, no race specific feats -> any race will do, preferably dex and/or str). Otherwise i could just use a standard revenant pelor-blessed half-elf with twin strike + morninglord + cold&radiant fun etc.

Also, as a brutal rogue he can add his str modifier to all attacks, basically changing twin strike to a twin MBA...
No, being a brutal scoundrel lets you add your str mod to sneak attack damage, which you can still only deal once per round.

Brutal Advantage
I love this build, but I wasn't entirely convinced Brutal Advantage would supply the damage bonus to both attacks. It doesn't specify (obviously, or else you wouldn't have picked it) a "once per round" rule, but it seems to indicate that you get the bonus on a round you don't get to Sneak Attack but have combat advantage. Unfortunately, there really is no such thing as a round you wouldn't sneak attack but still have combat advantage as a rogue, so my entire argument erupted in a raucous salvo of logic. I get it now, though. The entire point of this comment is to give my rationality to posterity, that others may avoid my pitfall, even as they point and chortle upendedly.

You missed battle fury stance for +6 power bonus, and your total is +43 not +46

I have an alternate build you all might be interested in. It's more defensive (since it takes all 4 of the Epic NAD boosters), and it could be more offensively oriented if it was a Half-Orc brutal rogue instead of Eladrin cunning sneak... But here it is: The master of [s]gunhand crossbow-fu. Spoiler:
Show

A solid load of interrupts. And the advantage of staying still for Steady Shooter and Hide in Plain Sight making life just peachy. I added Frost Cheese beacuse char op loves the damage... I don't know exactly wich powers to use for the proper DPR estimates, but I know I can get 185 DPR without crits, using Manticore's, Snap Shot, and Skirmishing Strike. Sorry, I'm a little confused... how do you get the Prime Shot class feature? You have a "prime shot" feat listed, but I'm not finding that anywhere, and all the other prime shot feats require the PS class feature.
[20:53] [SadisticFish] yeah Llamas convinced me
