I personally know of two Changelings (in different campaigns) named Odo. Don't do stuff like that. Just use a name generator if you can't think of anything. Get yourself 10 or 20 names, and something is bound to strike a chord.
If your position is that the official rules don't matter, or that house rules can fix everything, please don't bother posting in forums about the official rules. To do so is a waste of everyone's time.

I named a character Flan Tumblebelly and everyone assumed he was fat. Flan was not ammused. Good thing he was a 3.5 Telepath and could change their mind.
