Ummmm… 9 hours since last post.
Still doesn’t work for downloading for me (and downloading the PDF is the only way my browser will let me see the rest of the article… unless there’s some secret procedure I don’t know about).

Just download it, and change the URL D395 for a 6 while viewing it buy pressing ENTER

In the editorial All Together Now, the 4th paragaph states, "we didn't expect them to get as much worse than they got." I think you meant we didn't expect them to get as bad as they got or we didn't expect them to get worse than they are.
