To-Hit: 3 lvl + 5 dex + 3 prof + 1 enh + 1 exp + 3 CA + 1 charge + 1 WT = +18 vs AC 20 = 5% miss // 90% hit // 5% crit
I understand everything on this line except WT. I assume this is Weapon Training? Where does this come from and does it stack with EXPertise?

Weapon Talent. That +1 to hit Fighters get, or Rogues get with Daggers. (Or Thieves, with light blades)

So, I thought I'd throw in a level 6 contender that doesn't require anything but his Oath of Emnity; no CA, no charge, just reliable damage. Here he is: Falchion Avenger
Show

Level 6 enemy AC: 20
To hit: +14 (+5 Wis + 3 Level + 3 Proficiency + 2 Enhancement + 1 Expertise) Damage: +12(+5 Wis + 2 Enhancement + 2 Valenar +2 Armbands + 1 Shard)
Miss: .0625 * 19.3 = 1.2** Hit: .8473 * 6.5(2d4, min 3) + 12 = 15.6751 Crit: .0903 * 6.5(High crit 2d4, min 3) + 13.5(Vicious 2d12, min 3) + 20(maximized hit) = 3.612 Total: 19.3 Total w/ Elven Accuracy: 20.5

On average he'll only miss once every 19 attacks which is once per 2-3 encounters or so. This being the case, it seems safe to make the assumption that he'll have Elven Accuracy available when this happens so we can apply the non-Elven Accuracy DPR to miss damage.
Additional DPR: Each non-oath enemy that has hit him since his last turn adds 2.8 to his DPR via Censure One non-oath enemy that has attacked him since his last turn adds 2.8 to his DPR via Bond of Retribution

Tonight I will be updating this. I've finally settled down and found a seattle group. If you want to send condolences to my DM I can forward them to him, for he's running a group with me as a DPR king thief.
What would you recommend I recommend our 2 players who both chose to be a wizard, with almost the same feats and stats. It's hard to make a wizard with different stats(genasi excluded)

Honestly, see if one of them will change builds. All the wizard builds play quite differently from each other that they should feel quite different and bring different things to the battle. It also means they can stagger their dailies and ruin twice as many encounters per day.
Personally, I would say 1 make an Enchanter Mage and the Other makes an Orb of Illusion illusionist.

Orb of Deception isn't as strong a build as a generalist (wand/staff) or an imposer, mind you, you'll still choose a large number of illusion powers as a controller anyway. Personally I'd pair a Zone build (not necessarilly a blaster, just a general build with Stinking Cloud and Wall of Fire) with an Enchanter, it's one thing to make Burst 1 enemies hit each other, it's another thing to put Burst 1 enemies into a wall of fire and then hit each other.
"Invokers are probably better round after round but Wizard dailies are devastating. Actually, devastating is too light a word. Wizard daily powers are soul crushing, encounter ending, havoc causing pieces of awesome." -AirPower25 Sear the Flesh, Purify the Soul; Harden the Heart, and Improve the Mind; Born of Blood, but Forged by Fire; The MECH warrior reaches perfection. My thought on the Orb of Deception is that it mainly plays a little differently and the power itself is a lot of fun. You are also almost certainly going to need orb proficiency anyway because you would want to wield a Crystal Orb.
That said, I do like the idea of a stinking cloud up and the enchanter causing havoc as a result.

Human Scout= Charles Lee Level 1 Spinning Axe Master Dex 20 Aspect of the Lurking Spider Human at will Throw and Stab
Total DPR= 25.375
I thought DPR builds were meant to be single target DPR? Throw and Stab has to be used against 2 separate targets. You are also assuming CA for no reasonable ability that would grant it.
