1) My mount and I share movement modes except for teleporting. 2) When provoking an OA, I can choose to either target me or my mount - in that case I choose me as target, as I don't provoke in the first place.
1 is true but 2 is false. When you provoke an attack of opportunity while moving on your mount you do not get to choose who the attack targets (that's rather absurd actually). It's the attacker who chooses who to attack, so they can whack your mount as they please if they like (or you, it doesn't actually matter if you don't provoke OAs as the mount did, and the attacker can choose to attack either of you). See page 254 of the Rules Compendium. The only time the attacker won't get a choice is if the mount/rider provokes with an area or ranged attack, in which case the only one that can be attacked is the one that triggered the OA (they don't get to choose the mount or rider in this case).

175.94 DPR
Super Duper Knight.
Much higher then i expected for a guy who's supposed to be a sticky, hard to kill defender.

F-111 Interdictor Long (200+ squares) distance ally teleporter. With some warlord stuff. Broken in a plot way, not a power way. Thought Switch Higher level build that grants upto 14 attacks on turn 1. If your allies play along, it's broken. Elven Critters Crit op with crit generation. 5 of these will end anything. Broken. King Fisher Does an excellent job at keeping an enemy disabled in a few ways. Strong. Boominator Fun catch-22 booming blade build with either strong or completely broken damage depending on your reading. Very Distracting Warlock Lot's of dazing and major penalties to hit. Overpowered. Pocket Protector Pixie Stealth Knight. Maximizing the defender's aura by being in an ally's/enemy's square. Yakuza NinjIntimiAdin: Perma-stealth Striker that offers a little protection for ally's, and can intimidate bloodied enemies. Very Strong. Chargeburgler with cheese Ranged attacks at the end of a charge along with perma-stealth. Solid, could be overpowered if tweaked. Void Defender Defends giving a penalty to hit anyone but him, then removing himself from play. Can get somewhat broken in epic. Scry and Die Attacking from around corners, while staying hidden. Moderate to broken, depending on the situation. Skimisher Fly in, attack, and fly away. Also prevents enemies from coming close. Moderate to Broken depending on the enemy, but shouldn't make the game un-fun, as the rest of your team is at risk, and you have enough weaknesses. Indestructible Simply won't die, even if you sleep though combat. Sir Robin (Bravely Charge Away) He automatically slows and pushes an enemy (5 squares), while charging away. Hard to rate it's power level, since it's terrain dependent. Death's Gatekeeper A fun twist on a healic, making your party "unkillable". Overpowered to Broken, but shouldn't actually make the game un-fun, just TPK proof. Death's Gatekeeper mk2, (Stealth Edition) Make your party "unkillable", and you hidden, while doing solid damage. Stronger then the above, but also easier for a DM to shut down. Broken, until your DM get's enough of it. Domination and Death Dominate everything then kill them quickly. Only works @ 30, but is broken multiple ways. Battlemind Mc Prone-Daze Protecting your allies by keeping enemies away. Quite powerful. The Retaliator Getting hit deals more damage to the enemy then you receive yourself, and you can take plenty of hits. Heavy item dependency, Broken. Dead Kobold Transit Teleports 98 squares a turn, and can bring someone along for the ride. Not fully built, so i can't judge the power Psilent Guardian Protect your allies, while being invisible. Overpowered, possibly broken Unnamed Avenger|Runepriest/Hammer of Vengance Do lot's of damage while boosting your teams. Strong to slightly overpowered. Charedent BarrageA charging ardent. Fine in a normal team, overpowered if there are 2 together, and easily broken in teams of 5. Super Knight A tough, sticky, high damage knight. Strong. Super Duper Knight Basically the same as super knight, only far more broken. Mora, the unkillable avenger Solid damage, while being neigh indestuctable. Overpowered, but not broken. Swordburst Maximus At-Will Close Burst 3 that slide and prones. Protects allies with off actions. Strong, possibly over powered with the right party.

I am not sure why you are using 2 attacks here. The DPR in this thread is At-Will DPR. At-Will DPR is the damage per round a character can do every single turn of every combat all day long.

I believe he is using the at-will Throw and Stab, followed by the free Scout off-hand attack on the stab.

If anything is wrong with this build let me know, and I'll tweak it.
DWA only works if you Hit on the MBA. So you only get Hit chance of MBA*DWA's DPR. Throw and Stab no longer allows a Charge, so... no charge. How are drawing the Hand Axe as a free action after throwing the Chatkcha?

yeah, what he said. You will need to drop LBE for Master at Arms to do something like that or drop TWF for Quick Draw. Or drop TWF, go with the light blade style, and get a Boomerang proficiency. Boomerangs come back on hit/misses and they're light blades too.

Deal, didn't know about the no charge, and yeah, I completely forgot about the switching weapons. Will go through and redo the numbers on this, but think it will still be fairly high, if not quite as high as I had originally thought.
And Airpower, as Johnathon said, I am using the human bonus at will 'throw and stab' from the ranger class. Giving me a throw, then a MBA->DWA, so 3 separate attacks, all able to be used at will, in the same turn. The only bad thing is you can't use the combo off turn, so not that big a help with an mba granting warlord around.
EDITING IN THE NEW NUMBERS Human Scout= Charles Lee Spinning Axe Master Dex 20 Aspect of the Lurking Spider Human at will Throw and Stab Feats Light Blade Expertise, Quick Draw Rapier(Stab)+hand axe(DWA)+Chatkcha (Throw)
Throw1d6+2aspect+2spinning axe+1LBE =8.5normal// 11 crit to hit=5dex+2 prof+2CA+1exp= +10 vs AC 15= 5% crit// 75%hit//20% miss .75*8.5+.05*11=6.375+.55=6.925 or to hit=0str+2 prof+2CA+1LBE=+5 to hit vs 15ac= 50% hit// 5% crit// 45% miss.5*8.5+.05*11=4.25+.55=4.8 (Using this number for actual calculations)
Stab1d8+5dex+2aspect+2spinning axe+1LBE=14.5 normal // 18 crit to hit=5dex+3prof+1LBE+2CA=+11 to hit against 15AC 5% crit // 80% hit // 15% miss .80*14.5+.05*18=11.6+.9=12.5
DWA1d6+5dex+2aspect+2spinning axe=12.5 normal // 15crit to hit=5dex+2prof+2CA=+9 to hit against 15AC 5%crit//25%miss//70% hit .70*12.5+.05*15=8.75+.75=9.59.5*(Stab to hit chance=85(including crits)=8.075
4.8(Throw)+12.5(Stab)+8.075(DWA)=25.375DPR or 6.925(Throw)+12.5(Stab)+8.075(DWA)=27.5DPR (If you can convince your DM to let you use Dex with the throw, so house ruled DPR)
Start with Chatkcha (Main hand) and Hand axe (Off hand). Throw the Chatkcha (Returns once the attack is resolved) Free action drop it, quick draw rapier to attack with Stab, if hits, then use DWA with the hand axe, that is your standard action, use minor/move to pick up your chatkcha and do it all again next turn.
Should be noted that this is 3 attacks, with the first attack being against a different target than the second and third, so not the best at single target, but will hopefully help clear a room a little quicker.
Ok, think that should be good, once again, let me know if my numbers or anything are wrong.
