Other then the blighter prestige class from complete divine, are there any prestige classes for a druid that would work with undead?

Not a specific "Druid Prc" that works well with undead, not that i'm aware of. There are a couple of divine Prc's that could work, but you would lose most of your druid progression.
What did you have in mind for the character?

Well, it isn't for me, it's for another player in the party, but he didn't know where to look for one.
He wants to focusing on wildshaping, but the dm has said that his recent activity (fratenizing with undead, and the people who create them) that he can no longer take Druid levels, since undead are abominations against nature, and he needs to find another class to go into.

Wild monk gets wildshape but doesn't stack with wilshape from druid levels and is a slower progression.

Natures Warrior(CW) or Master of Many Forms(CAdv). Both lose spellcasting, but do wonders for Wildshaping. Also Warshaper(CW).

But DM is making him lose druid class features it sounds like. He would lose wildshape and no longer qualify for those PrC and thus lose anything besides BAB/saves/hp that the PrCs gave him.

I didnt read it as him losing anything, just being told he can no longer advance in that class as his actions (in the DMs view) are not meshing well within the class. Or he could take the Wildshape Ranger, then go into the prestige classes I mentioned.

Planar Shepard with chosen planes of Mabar, Dolurrh, Plane of Shadows, or Plane of Negative Energy may work for an undead focused druid. Talontar Blightlord from Unapproachable East might be another option as well.

alternate ranger in Unearthed arcanum.. give up: Combat mastery line of feats (two weapon or range) to gain wild shape as druid (small/medium animals only).. and Fast movement (barbarian).. with Master of Many Forms Prestige class which you will only need to get Alertness to Quailfy.. you get all the Wild shape you would ever need... throw in playing Shifter with Weretouched Master Prestige class and can ahve some fun...
