Yeah, type whatever category you want. You don't have to stick to the predefined ones.

Is it possible to introduce new Encyclopedia categories?
For example, let's say for a seafaring campaign, one might desire a "Ships" category.
I saw this brought up earlier in the thread but never discussed.
Yeah, I just tried this.
When you make a new encyclopedia entry, where it says categories, you can just start typing in that box instead of selecting an option from the drop-down menu. Once you have the category set, you can select it for other entries.

Probably me being dumb but downloaded the .libary files fronm dungoen mapper for masterplan but masterplan wont find them i go
tools - librarys - add library - click on map tab - add arrow - add folder
but if i go to where i saved the download to it wont find them any help would be appericated also do you know anywhere legal i can get the monster and magic item lists from too. if i can get this up and running it will be great for planning my adventures
just need a laptop now so i can take it with me to games.

This is explained in the manual - just put the library files in the Libraries folder, and restart Masterplan.

Is there a place for pre-made dungeon maps for masterplan? I'd like to get a compilation of maps, but tbh the time it takes to make them all myself would be a little much for me. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

*) Is there an addon that changes the interface for better use on a tablet? (I tried it on a convertible and the buttons are too fuzzy to control them properly with only the touchscreen)
*) Now that the import of the compendium did receive a cease & decist, is there an option (or will there be one) to login to your account to add a monster "live" to your encounters? (I'm fine with paying a monthly subscription - but I don't want to export every single monster I need with the monster builder)

got it running and spent a couple of weeks getting used to it and i must say im loving it more and more.
only thing is i need to go back through my maps and seperate them so they show as individual sets.
that way i only use the ones i have (still will use tiles and minis for the actual game) but well done for an excelent product.
