The problem is that when I select this item, it does not prompt a selection or make an encounter power card.
Is there any way to make the character builder produce an extra encounter power card either by granting one new encounter power card rather than a blank sheet of several cards? Or, is there any way to manualy enter the power to apply it to the character sheet?
