One tiny (haw haw haw) note, Litigation: Streak of Light, the Pixie feat, is not a Paragon Tier feat. That's Teeny Target. Streak of Light has absolutely no prerequisites.
Mountain Cleave Rule: You can have any sort of fun, including broken, silly fun, so long as I get to have that fun too (e. g., if you can warp reality with your spells, I can cleave mountains with my blade).

Fixed. I must've been drunk writing that part.
And actually, Teeny Target is Heroic, too. The Paragon Tier feat is Flitting Harrier.
D&DN Paladin: Half-Fighter, half-Cleric, all useless. D&DN Ranger: Third-Fighter, third-Rogue, third-Druid, all useless. With one interesting concept that has its execution botched. My 4e Character Op work:Character guides

I'm looking to make a skald bard for a campaign I'm in and I just can't seem to find any good suggestions for a what would be a good direction. I am open to both melee (luv the idea of a starting 20 for cha) or a ranged (dagger) skald. I think the daring blade looks fun too, but I am not sure what the best multiclass would be to make the most of that. If you all could give me some good guidance for a ranged or melee skald I would appreciate it (I have read your guide through and through and have done alot of reading here and there and research about the class as well). Let me know if you would rather me make a separate thread for this as well.

A weapon Skald basically wants Echoing Weapon and maybe Greater Echoing Weapon for his powers, plus a random other power. Melee Skald selection is unfortunately kinda crappy. I think your best choices are EW, GEW, and a Prescient Warning, but I could be wrong.

Dimensional Step is also a good choice because it lets you grant attacks to allies, plus if you're CHA primary you can dip into some of the other Bard powers. Most of the Skald dailies pretty much suck, so you'll probably want to fill your daily powers with O-Bard stuff. Just pay close attention to the guide ratings, and you'll be fine there.
As for Echoing Weapon, make sure your DM follows the interpretation that Echoing Weapon allows double-dipping for static damage bonuses. It's solid RAW, but some of them might not like it.

For all the crap we give Skald dailies (no question there are some real stinkers), there's actually, like, one decent Skald daily at pretty much every level. But if you want to really be optimal, yeah, there's no substitute for the implement dailies. There's just not much of an argument to be made for skipping out on the likes of Song of Discord and Whispers of the Dream King.
Dimensional Step powers are great because they're safe ally positioning that can say screw you to terrain hazards, along with an attack. They're the best, however, when you pick up ways to get an off-standard MBA (preferably on your turn, so typically a minor) every encounter.

My current plan is a halfling with a dagger (as implement) and to pick the best powers at each lvl and take stuff that gives me extra attacks when I can, blacklash tattoo, strikebacks etc. But I can't quite pin down a paragon path, or if and what would mulitclass best with this. I'm leaning toward Master Skald or Daring Blade as my paragon path, but I'm open to other stuff too. This is a snap shot of myself at lvl 8 Lvl 8 Halfling Skald Bard

Is there an example of a functional Bardic Taxi build somewhere, preferably with discussion (if so it should be added to the complete collection). I'm just having trouble fitting the pieces together to make it work.
