Unable to create a account on Dungeons and Dragons official site.

Hey, I am unable to create an account so I can play D&D because everytime I try and create one, I get this error on their website: Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx


I've tried again many times and I get the same error over and over. Does anyone know if there are any other ways to create an account, or if I can fix this.
