Voice of Thunder / Iron Armbands of Power error

I have a character who has the Voice of Thunder Paragon Path and has Iron Armbands of Power (Heroic Tier).


 CB incorrectly gives him +2 damage from Iron Armbands of Power for the Rolling Echo and Songs of Thunder powers but not, oddly enough, for Shout of Evasion.


 Either CB is in error or Iron Armbands of Power apply,. for some reason I have overlooked, to Rolling Echo and Songs of Thunder.

We will be fixing Iron Armbands of Power to only work with Melee attacks as they should.


Right now they are erroneously working with close attacks.
