I really liked the Racial Paragon Paths in PHB 2 so I decided to make some Racial Epic Destinies to go along with them.Enlightened Soul

All devas vaguely remember their time in the Astral Sea. For Enlightened Souls it's more than just a distant recollections. It's a goal to aspire to. Devas who take this path wish to remove themselves from the cycle of reincarnation. They believe that they can do more good without being hampered by a mortal form.
Enlightened Soul Destiny Features
[indent]Immortality (21 x st level): Most Enlightened Souls serve deities but not all do. Some have no higher authority than their own concept of good. After their final quest, they shuffle out of their mortal coil and ascend to the Astral Sea.
Enlightenment of the Mind (21 x st level): Your Wisdom increases by 2.
In addition, whenever you deal damage you may have it do radiant damage instead of its normal type.
Enlightenment of the Body (24 x nd level): Once per day when you die your body discorpates into Astral Energy. You heal to your bloodied value and gain the insubstantial quality and phasing. You gain aura five. Allies in the aura gain hitpoints each round at the start of your turn equal to your Wisdom modifier and can make a saving throw. Enemies in the Aura take radiant damage equal to half your level. In this form you cannot use daily powers, activate magic items or perform rituals.
At the end of the encounter the astral energies converges into your body (complete with magical items). You lose all benefits if this ability (though your hitpoints remain the same.)
Enlightenment of the Soul (30 x th level): You gain a fly speed equal to your speed + 2 and can hover. Additional you gain aura 10. Enemies in the aura gain vulnerability 15 to radiant damage. [/indent] Astral Body

The astral energies within your body surge out of your body to protect you from attacks
Daily , Divine, Radiant
Standard Action Personal
Effect: You gain an untyped bonus to all defenses equal to your Wisdom Modifier. If a ranged, area, or close attack hits you, roll a saving throw. If you succeed the radiance from your soul destroys the attack leaving you unharmed. These effects last until the end of the encounter.
