Update: I have the Plague Rune powers done and am working on the Paragon Path: Plague Spreader (oooooooh scaries). I'll post it by the end of today.
Afterward time to work on Poopsie, Destroyer of Life and Arvial, Minor Lich...lowbie level BBEG and his experiment...I derailed my own thread...hehe...

From the Death's Challenge class feature: Also, the target a penalty to AC equal to half your Intelligence modifier until the start of its next turn the first time it makes an attack that does not include you as a target before the start of your next turn.
I found the wording here to be more than a little confusing. Maybe we could reword it to something like:
"Also, if the target makes an attack that does not include you as a target before your next turn, it gains a penalty to AC equal to half your Intelligence modifier until the start of it's next turn."
I've only just started looking at 4ed, so I'll keep checking back here as things become more clear to me. ^^
