On page 7 I have added a background to the Sea of Shadows and what Orcus is doing on the Shadowfell side of the Nentir Vale. I have also linked the three encounters S1-S3 together under Development, in order for guiding the DMs how the story most likely will play out. Please also note the change of scale on the Thunderspire Map from feet to miles (multiplying distances with x5). As always - comments or suggestions appreciated! Spoiler:

i know you've pretty much moved on from the H1 guide, but besides minor spelling errors in various places, you mention one of the people kidnapped is a vagabond named Evrion. (page 9) However, Evrion is not mentioned anywhere else in the guide.. is this just flavor or is it somewhere else in the guide that I missed

No you are right, it is just a person I added for the flavor. As the kobolds were attacking travellers on the roads, it would feel strange if all the captured people were villagers. So I added an "outsider" to the community.

On page 13 in the S2 encounter I have added a negotiation option when confronting Denoa, which will allow them to get a valuable tool in the fight versus the shadow dragon in the S3 encounter. Spoiler:

If you could help me with spelling errors it is much appreciated. English is not my native language so I might very well be using strange words, phrases, etc.

I added some more material in the end of the background section (page 3) detailing more on the activities of Paldermar the recent time. I also expanded on the Seven-Pillared Hall. The Seven-Pillared Hall is no longer a place of safety, but of unrest and intrigues as the Bloodreavers are trying to position themselves as the new masters. "But lately this uneasy peace has been broken. For reasons unknown the Bloodreavers have been allowed to trade in slaves in the Hall, right under the nose of the Mages of Saruun who previously did not accept that kind of trade. Brugg, the leader of the enforcers that work for the mages, is often seen at Rothar’s Taproom in close conversation with the hobgoblins. He has started to turn a blind eye to the harassment and beatings of innocent bystanders who has object to the slave trade. The Ordinator Arcanis who used to patrol the Hall once in a while, has not been seen for weeks now and the time between occurrences is growing. Many of the residents of the Hall who are objecting to this new order are meeting at the Halfmoon Inn, to discuss and voice their complaints. Among them is Surina who tries to convince the rest that the time for talk is over, and it is time for them to act."As a result of this I stole the "Bar Fight!" Encounter from the Rescue at Rivenroar adventure, and adjusted it to the setting (increased it to level 4), see page 8-9. I also did some changes to the map in order for it to fit into the Hall (page 23) Spoiler:

I have made some changes to A1: Into the Mountaion in the beginning of H2. I wanted to change the clues given by Rendil so the PCs did not have to just jump up on the train but actually learn something at the Seven-Pillared Hall first (see page 5). I have added more material to the Question and Answer section of the Seven-Pillared Hall (see page 8). Spoiler:

Draconomicon 1 does have stats for a level 24 elder shadow dragon but i don't know the first thing about scaling a monster down.
