Hi Folks!

Since around a year or so I'm now and again doing a map or two. Two months ago I though about creating my own web presence named "maps a month", where I'd display maps for personal use.

This idea is currently not doable, as I'm knee deep in other work.

But still, I'd like to share with my fellow gamers the maps I create. They are lovingly crafted pieces which, at times, take weeks to finish. Okay, I should also add, that I do not finish all maps

Generally, I'd like to clear up the following: You may use the maps I present here freely for your home games. If you intend to use them any other way, please contact me first, though.

Also, as I'm working layer-based, I can switch layers on and off and thereby change maps a bit. For example I can provide maps without cities and named places. I can provide them with a simple grid, without or using hex-grids.

Ask and ye shall (maybe) receive. But please note that I'm a college student and thereby have to do a bit of work.

Another thing of note: If you make use of my map, please credit me and maybe even leave a "thank you" here I'm depending on praise to create more stuff, you know? My Ego needs it, I'd suppose :D

Now, without wasting more of your time - look below for an index of my maps (next posting)!

The following map has been created for a Classic Battletech campaign, but could just as well used for D&D.

SBlock'd for your convenience.

The following map has been created for another Classic Battletech campaign. I will post the flat map sometime soon, seeing as a "sphere" map is probably not very useful for D&D in general.

For those interested, it's the first of two moons (the only inhabitable one) of the planet Ionus II, on which I still work (12.000 x 8.000 pixels takes it's time. Believe me...)

SBlock'd for your convenience.

Excellent work so far.

What would be really awesome is if you were to provide all the maps without any locations or names whatsoever, that way people can just put their own locations down, use them and credit you. A link to each variant would be awesome (no names, no locations, no grid).

Seriously, though, these are awesomely done.
