While this probably would have been chatted about on the journey, what I am looking for is an IC description talk of what nations/races you have contact trade with, particularly looking for the Eladrin/Loremasters, but generally anything. The way you word this is somewhat important and is why I want to have you write it out. The more descriptive you are, the better for me

Then Yoven replied to the king "The world is quite vast, my honorable host, and recenty it has become a quite complex place to live in, dangerous but still wonderfull. Our people has explored a large continent, far in the north, where many different cultures resides. We have met the Humite nation of Terena a place cursed with an unlucky history of tirants and would be conquerors, the city of Beacon an ally of the Free Nations, where the curt of the God of Justice is located... Alexandria, where mercenaries are the main business angels walk the streets with the mortals and magical research flourish, managing to create supernatural wonders. The small people realm of Meribia, inhabited by fierce dwarves and halfling, among our enemies in the war, but now at peace with the Free Nations, they were manipulated by an order of scholars whose presence in politics vastly surpass their pursue of knowledge apparently, an order known as the Loremaster. Finally there is Silvera, the eladrin land, a place that our explorers has never visited, but apparently under the Loremasters control as Meribia. We have also visited many other realms beyond the continent, from the City of Gears to Azora or Chillhund Archipelago, and in all these places we have friends, trading partners and allies. But I hope that I have not become booring, as some time I'm a little verbose in my descriptions... What if you tell us something about this land, we did not manage to explore much of it yet, as we don't have any long range flying vessel with us... Is your nation ruling the whole land? Or are there other people that we should talk to?"

The King listened intently to Yozen describe the other continent, but without changing his demeanor.
Upon being asked another question, the waved a finger at one of the ministers at the side of the table. The man dutifully got up and went left the room, quickly returning with a wrapped scroll. The minister untied the cord and laid out a thick piece of paper. On it was a crude map. The minister spoke, pointing to the map while he did so, "This is the great nation of Latane. Here is Huilon, here is Silan, here is Terana, here is Mar." In some places it appeared the nations had borders, but perhaps in others there were no designations or only wilderness. There was a strange marking at the top but otherwise unmarked as well.
The minister took the paper map and rolled it back up.
"Yes." the King said after the minister had crouched down. "The others are not as great as we are. It is a good thing you came to us first then!"

The hands finally fell away from weapons as a large contingent of the town guard showed up. The dwarf shrugged, "Pick a few people to come with us then. We'll see to it that you make it to see the magnates. Until they give the okay, Azoran ships and their crew cannot disembark here."

The lord of Karaleon was out hunting in the forest near his holdings with his private retinue. He was busy thinking about the various issues assailing Karaleon recently, and his thoughts were filled with thoughts of rebellion.
The dragon at first circled on the sky over the hunting party, hidden in this cloudy day, he looked at the forest, so beautiful, so worthy to be owned and at the knight. For a while he just concentrated on their "game", he liked to hunt, doing that for the thrill as he had always had someone that provided for his nourishment.
Finally he decided to take a closer look to this knight. He made a long dive toward the group of azorans, scaring the horses and the knight and creating a long cut into reality with his tail before landing...

"Maybe we include trading our people knowledge of the world in the future, we have many skilled cartographers who would like to add a map of this continent to their collection..."
"About the other nations, will you be able to help us to begin diplomatic relations with them?"
"Going back to business, our merchants will be pleased to visit your land if you agree and maybe to create a small outpost on your shores, to facilitate the operations..."

The Azoran nodded and said, "Very well then. We will abide by your laws while we stay here, but we really need to move on soon."

The knight was startled by the sudden appearance of the dragon. He rested his hand on the pommel of his sword and asked, "Who are you, and what is your business?"

The dragon landed near to the knight, its eyes was looking directly into the lord eyes when he spoke.
"I seek allies, sir knight, I want this little land, but sadly I can't take it alone..."
"I have heard that you might need a little help too..."

"You will be able to do as you please, but the land will pay me a tribute in servants and wealth, I want to be able to pick up 10 azorans for each village we conquer to serve me and one more for each year, and a temple should be built in my name, to serve as the house of my power..."
"Finally I have another request... I want the eggs of another dragon..."
"If you can fullfy my requests I'll use my power to grant you the crown you deserve..."
