Here are a few stats for Beast of Lies (made with the monster builder that makes things faster :p) As usual I appreciate any suggestion

Young Beast of Lies Level 9 Elite Skirmisher

Medium aberrant magical beast XP 80 x 0
Initiative +8 x Senses Perception +10; Low-Light Vision
HP 186 x ; Bloodied 93
AC 23 x ; Fortitude 20; Reflex 22; Will 19
Saving Throws +2
Speed 1 x 2
Action Points 1
Claws (standard; at-will)
Reach 2 x ; +14 vs. AC; 2d6 + 5 damage
Bite (standard; at-will)
+13 x vs. AC; 3d6 + 6 damage
Massacre the Loners (standard; recharge 4 x )
Only usable if there is only one enemy within 2 x squares of the beast of lies. The Beast of Lies makes 2 claw attacks and a bite attack against the target.
Isolate (standard; at-will)
The beast of lies makes two claws attacks against a single target within reach. If the two attacks hit, the beast of lies slides 3 x squares and it slides the target to an adjacent square and the target is restrained (save end).
False Innocence (minor; recharge 5 x )
Close burst 2 x ; +12 vs. Will; 1d8 + 5 psychic damage and the target can't attack the adult beast of lies (save end)
Shifting Tactics (minor; at-will)
Only usable once per turn and if there is no creature is restrained by the Isolate power, the beast of lies shifts 1 x squares.
Threatening Reach
The beast of lies can make opportunity attacks against all enemies within its reach (2 x squares).

The beast of lies makes for claws attacks against two targets within reach, no more than two attacks can be used on the same target. If two attacks hit, the same target the beast of lies slides 5 x squares and it slides the target to an adjacent square and the target is restrained (save end).; 2

Only usable once per turn and if there is no creature is restrained by the Isolate power, the beast of lies shifts 2 x squares.

Well, I've figured out that High Schools don't offer Drafting as a High School course program- BUT, it is offered as a NEVAC course. Now I don't know which school to attend...
