Locke, I'm not entirely sure I'm understanding the new rules, so let me make sure I have it right.
Gadabout currently has access to 3ish artifacts that give him PP. The Trowel of Malbrig, and the WanderWay (since it gives both a general populous PP and a specific Teach PP to gadabout). I could use those artifacts to teach and to create, but then I wouldn't be able to get the benefit of the general populous PP, is that correct?
Or would the Teach PP, being a global effect, not count towards the "local" artifact max?

I think what he means is that you can only use 2 artifacts per turn, even if you have access to more
(or i misinterpreted it myself)

Been looking at the maps on the wikia recently. Does anyone else feel that the continents we have so far are kinda small compared to a real world.
Agrilia isn't much bigger then England.

hmm. good point.
I suppose we could make continents one at a time or make this another grand scale "point of light" kind of thing.
Or just assume there is land elsewhere.

Agrilia isn't much bigger then England. There is that. But my real note was that even assuming Agrilia was continent sized, the others were only the size of a large island when you compared them. I guess they all need blown up, not just the ones not the mainland. I don't know whose doing the maps right now. But I hope they look! ;P

On your own you can use 2 of your local artifacts. An active global artifact being used by multiple gods can be your third.

@ Sina Lokathor was working on one, but I don't know how far he got. I'm working on one as well, but I suck at making maps (though I am considering using CIV4 to create a map instead). Actually, I'm pretty bad at distances too.
But rest assured, at least one person looked.
@Locke Thanks

Honestly, I should have thought of this earlier. The Dreaming Brethren of the Sidhari cannot possibly be on Silenia speaking to Alaric of the Aasimar, nor could they have approached the human city of Coresun.
Quite simply, their gates are a mortal effort, created through mortal magic. They can't break through the Stormwall to enter Silenia. The Orb of Storms within Mirage Tower specifically prohibits mortal magic from allowing entrance or exit to the continent.
