Wow.
First good job working on the map.
Second, my weekend got packed up alot thanks to family events and the super bowl. Hence why the refresh is late.
I'll be catching up shortly and posting the refresh sometime this morning.

Actually, Shadow, it depends on how one might travel to Sigil.
As you said, the Orb thingy prevents travel from lesser artifacts. But the WanderWay is a 6pp artifact, so it would still work, yes? And the WanderWay is a gate to Sigil (sometimes, mostly just as the focus of the right rituals). So it would seem that travel from Silenia to Sigil would still be possible. As the WW is absent in Sigil, return travel wouldn't be possible.
Would you concur with such thoughts?

Lucis considers the outside world irevocably tainted by Ongor, Lazarus, and Kalosh.
I wouldn't worry though. I'm working on something that is going to remove those protections anyway.
As a note, your Sidhari on Silenia are entitled to a trip out again, if they want to return home.
