Well no, he made a plane, if I'm not mistaken, and has been using it an an artifact.

Depends whether the death star is a plane or an artifact.
He never said it was self sufficient (the Dream Sequencer could be considered the source of food and stuff.)
But if he has the entire Sidahri natiuon there it could be considered a plane. On the other hand if he's using them as "crew" to keep it functioning smoothly it's just a big artifact, like REALY big, with soem people in it.

Since I'm forced to decide, the Straw is a plane. It houses enough people for a medium sized empire, though about two thirds of those have left to colonize Galara.
Mountain Cleave Rule: You can have any sort of fun, including broken, silly fun, so long as I get to have that fun too (e. g., if you can warp reality with your spells, I can cleave mountains with my blade).

BTW, could everyone please list their exarchs and weapon-artifacts for mention in the pantheon list? This will make things easier.
Ongor has one exarch so far.

Ator's Dagger
The dagger currently wielded by Ator. This item is surprisingly deadly in combat. It can be wielded as a light blade or as a heavy blade.
The Greensword
A sword that was once that of an angel. It contains a large portion of Galara's cycle within it. It also will control the jungle if anyone can control it.

I think anything short of an epic, godly artifact should be more of a Nourish action (as its creating weaker items that gods wouldn't bother to use, but mortals would). 3 PP is for epic artifacts that actually affect the power level of god-mighty creatures.

I agree with space on that.
For a bunch of heroic, paragon artifacts you could just make one 3 PP artifact and make it a set with a theme. This way only the god can use the artifact in the godly manner it was meant for.

Which is why Shards of the Spires are a side-effect of the Spires themselves.
My next step is the Deep Ones factopn: So I'd like short little blurb about them so that I can accurately reflect them.
Additionally: ff6 and Matt, are you OK with your blurbs?
