All these rules come from the first D&D session I ever ran. Although they LOVED it they hated the things my twisted imagination decided would be “fun” to do.
No longer to allowed to say the following phrase in game "I'm bored...Wanna play a game with me?"
Not allowed to make anything that is typically innocent evil (ex. children, toys, little rabbits)
As GM if i am inspired by Edger Allan Poe I am to assume everyone will kill me for the mercy of their characters.
If inspiration comes from Stephen King, I am not allowed to do it. And it will probably make the other players cry.
I am to assume that anything that inspires me with my next immediate reaction is smiling it is a bad idea and i should never "torcher" other players with it.
If I think its funny, its probably not, and most likely will kill the party and I should be “nicer”.
If I think it’s would be a fun game, something new to try, or it makes me laugh. It will automatically make the group paranoid and I should stop using my imagination and go strictly with the book.
(follow up for 6012) I am not allowed to think methodically (which comes naturally without me trying) with the campaign I am in or running…it will KILL the party whether I was trying to or not.
