Troubadour of Stars (BoED) gives Bardic Music (ECL 9).

Disciple of the Eye 5 (Races of the Dragon; ECL 10) gives Blindsense 30'. It also gives 120' Darkvision at level 3 (ECL 8).

Wildrunner gets Scent at level 2 (ECL 7). Ardent Dilettante gets Scent too, at level 5 (ECL 10).

On a more iffy note, a halfling can enter the Whisperknife class early (ECL 5) if the Unearthed Arcana sneak attack fighter variant is used:
e.g. Fighter (sneak attack) 1/Ranger 2/Swashbuckler 1

According to crystalkeep, the following 3.0 classes are also early entry classes:
Cancer Mage (BOVD: ECL 4)
Thrall of Juiblex (BOVD: ECL 4)
Thrall of Orcus (BOVD: ECL 5)

Also, the Cancer Mage's familiar gives him Blindsight 30' at level 2, followed by Evasion and Uncanny Dodge at later levels.

This is what I get for typing everything in notepad and not Word.

I haven't made it through all the new ones yet. Thus far I've made it through the Completes and the Races of Stone/Wild/Dragon books, and some of Eberron. The tricky part though is that I keep adding categories, but then don't feel like going back through all the books. Take for example, I added rage, immunity to fear/poison, and smite recently, but that was after I went through most of the Completes.

Sometimes I'll go through the old prereqs handbook, or use the giant mango index, but those are outdated and/or have errors or are incomplete.

I don't have all the books either, so I'll have to, er, borrow them. Then there's Libris Mortis, Lords of Madness, Frostburn, Sandstorm, BoED, BoVD, Savage Species, Fiend Folio, Draconomicon, Planar Handbook, Manual of the Planes, Heroes of Battle, Heroes of Horror, Miniatures Handbook, Tome of Magic, Magic of Incarnum, PHB 2, anything with psionics, the dozen or so FR books... Oi, now that I list them all out I don't feel like going through them...

Updated a bit. I know I've missed a ton of feats from the earlier books... meh. Mostly just concentrating on class features at the moment (ie: I just completely forgot to look at the feat sections earlier). Oh well.
