If you're a dwarf, and you're taking Steadfast Determination (which requires Endurance), you might as well go Deepwarden.
Which makes you a pretty good tank, actually...

All this needs is a giant snake supermount. Don't forget a wild cohort for another one, and maybe undead leadership for, um... a bone naga?
An excellent idea sir with just 2 minor flaws:
They need to have a suffcient Fortitude save to survive the poison to get the hit points, and They need to be capable of surviving the wound delivering the poison[/kryten paraphrase]

You know, I'm not usually one to mix herptology and Dnd, but I seem to recall that snakes, (and in particular small snakes, as it was somewhat linked to body size) found it very taxing biologically to produce venom, and are loathe to waste it.
So this has basically two repercussions,
1.) The bites basically could be dry bites dealing no poision damage. 2.) Even if the bites did contain poison, they would run out pretty quickly. I'd personally vote for around 10 rounds of poisoned healing if they kept doing it.
Hmmm.

Well, you could probably get a device that constantly injects you with poison and then creates more magically. Maybe a tiny construct. However, this way is far cooler.

What about using the mechanics for building traps?
Just trap your armor and stuff.

A Deepwarden with trapped pants that inject him with poison that heals him.
I would so have to bring in the rules for addictions to deal with that.

Thanks, -- N

Man, now all you need to do is pick up a point or two of damage reduction to make it even more efficent. Or not; this guy is just begging for a Amulet of Masochism. Heh, you can always do the Bag of Rats fighter trick (drop a bag full of rats, Whirlwind Attack and Great Cleave your opponent for every rat you kill) simply by unbuckling your trousers. :D Makes for great intimidation too... Don't make me take off my pants.

The Pride domain allows a single reroll of any 1 rolled on an ST. I think that's the closest you can get for uber non failing other than Steadfast Determination or Knight 20, or whatever it was. And you can get it right in there with one level.
