Mithral Crown of Iltkazar
A gift from the patron of Iltkazar, Clangeddin Silverbeard, this mithral crown has four spires; three bending outward with the fourth (the one usually worn facing outward toward others) contains a large star sapphire.
Nonlegacy Game Statistics: circlet of persuasion; Cost 4,500 gp
Omen: As long it is not hidden and worn, you appear more commanding than usual and gain a +1 competence bonus to your Leadership score for the purpose of attracting followers only.

History
The Mithral Crown of Iltkazar was a gift from Clangeddin Silverbeard to one of the eight sons of Taark Shanat dwarves who founded Iltkazar in -10,500 DR. He was a courageous and militaristic paladin. This set the requirements of who would next inherit the crown. This continued until the Spawn Wars of -9000 DR when the subkingdoms of Shanatar battled each other in a bid to extend their borders. The crown changed hands many times during that period as champion after champion of Clangeddin fell in battle. Eventually the crown seemed lost in one great battle against the kingdom of Barakuir. (DC 15)
In truth, Clangeddin had taken back his gift after being sickened by the depredations that Iltkazar was inflicting upon its neighbors. The crown would not be seen again until after the Second Spider War in -8137 DR when the eight kings of Shanatar pledged that they would never again fight one another. (DC 18; Smoothing the Stones).
The kingdom of Iltkazar flourished with Shanatar for the next six thousand years until the Kin Clashes struck Shanatar. Clan Duergar led by Queen Duerra invaded Deep Shanatar with only Iltkazar spared this destruction. So many warriors had been lost in protecting Iltkazar from disaster that it could no longer afford to hold its borders. It was in this time of despair and malaise that the new king of Iltkazar came to the throne. King Irekent (“Young Mountain” was considered by the surviving dwarven elders to be young and inexperienced. They awaited from him to give the foolhardy order of trying to hold on to the entire Mithral Kingdom. That day never came. King Irekent instead surprised them all by keeping them busy in fortifying the capital city of Iltkazar until they forgot their despair. He further cemented their loyalty when he led an expedition to find a new mine in Kazardaern and discovered a large vein of hizagkuur but what was more surprising was the discovery of mithral tablets containing works on Dumathoin. All this led a change of Iltkazar’s mindset from one of valor and victory to one of craftsmanship and scholarship. (DC 25; Irekent’s Discovery).
In the Year of Flames Rising (-650 DR), Iltkazar, one of the four subkingdoms of the Calimshan Empire won their freedom from Calimshan’s control. The Calimshan Empire was weakened by the Night Wars but they made one last attempt in retaking Iltkazar. A powerful wizard was paid to summon the kolyarut Partisan. He was told that the rebellion in Iltkazar was breaking a social contract between the government and the people. When he arrived in Iltkazar, he discovered that the region’s inhabitants had sworn fealty to the Deep King of Iltkazar. He journeyed to meet the king and eventually came to have a talk with him. No one knows to this day what was discussed but when it was over, Partisan concluded that no rebellion had taken place, promptly offered his services to the king of Iltkazar should it ever be required sometime in the future, and left. (DC 31; Victory through Peace).

Legacy Rituals
Three rituals are required to unlock all the abilities of the Mithral Crown of Iltkazar. As well as an epic ritual, for high level characters.
Smoothing the Stones: You must make peace between two or more parties that are hostile to each other. A dwarf must be a member of one of these parties. Cost: 2,200 gp. Feat Granted: Least Legacy (Mithral Crown of Iltkazar).
Irekent’s Discovery: You must found a new mine or add to the lore of Iltkazar’s libraries. Cost: 12,500 gp. Feat Granted: Lesser Legacy (Mithral Crown of Iltkazar).
Victory through Peace: You must defeat a creature without the use of weapons or bloodshed. The creature’s Challenge Rating must be equal to or greater than your character level. Cost: 40,500 gp. Feat Granted: Great Legacy (Mithral Crown of Iltkazar).
Silverbeard’s Crusade: You must join one of Clangeddin Silverbeard’s periodic crusades to the Lower Planes and survive to see the end of it. Cost: 150,000 gp. After completing this ritual, you must choose the Epic Legacy (Mithral Crown of Iltkazar) feat.

Crusader’s Call (Sp): At 21st level, you can use astral projection as the spell once per day. While your spirit travels through the astral and other planes, your body is protected by turning into solid mithral, along with any garments and equipment worn or carried. Obstenibly, this ability was granted to the greatest dwarven heroes so they could join Clangeddin Silverbeard’s crusades without suffering any lasting damage but you are not required to do so and can decide to travel anywhere throughout the planes.

Oh... my... goodness...

Green Giant, those have got to the most prolific stats I've seen, concerning the king of Iltkazar. More than worth the wait.

What say we raise mugs for Green Giant, folks?

Description Antrysn is a powerfully-built drow male with a nasty temper and a penchant for sadism. He favors blood red robes devoid of ornamentation. He keeps his body shorn of all hair, and his dark-scaled skin is heavily scarred with arcane runes (the result of regular scarification).
Note Antrysn had the following statistics before racial, and HD ability score increases and equipment bonuses: Str 8, Dex 12, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 15, Cha 14.
------------------------------------------------------------
Awaken Blood (Su): Once per day, Antrysn can deal 10d10 points of damage with a melee touch attack. If he fails he can try again. Creatures without blood are immune to this effect.
Blood Component (Su): Antrysn can substitute a drop of his own blood for a spell’s material component (if it has no gp value) as a free action. Using this ability deals 1 point of damage to Antrysn but raises the spell’s caster level by 1. Damage reduction does not apply to this damage.
Blood Draught (Ex): Antrysn can store up to twelve potions in his blood for later use as if using the Brew Potion feat. To consume a draught is a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity. He can share his blood draught with others but it must be consumed within 1 round or it loses potency. Antrysn has the following potions stored in his blood: barkskin +5, bear’s endurance, bull’s strength, cure light wounds x2, greater magic fang +3, haste, nondetection, shield of faith +5
Bloodseeking Spell (Su): Antrysn can imbue his spells to draw blood from their targets as a free action. Using this ability deals 3 points of damage to Antrysn but allows spells that deal hit point damage to deal an extra 1d6 damage to each target. Creatures without blood are immune to this effect. Damage reduction does not apply to this damage.
Bloodwalk (Su): Once per day as a standard action, Antrysn can travel any distance between two living creatures of Medium or size larger. If the intended creature is unwilling, Antrysn must make a successful melee touch attack. When exiting, he chooses an adjacent square next to the creature in which to appear. Antrysn can deal 10d6 damage (DC 23 Fort save negates) to a creature he is exiting if he wishes. He must make a DC 15 Fortitude save or be stunned for 1 round from exiting violently. Creatures without blood are immune to this effect.
Breath Weapon (Su): Once per day, Antrysn can breathe a 30-foot cone that bestows 1 negative level. A successful DC 12 Reflex avoids this effect. A DC 12 Fortitude save removes the negative level after 24 hours.
Death Attack (Ex): If Antrysn studies an opponent for 3 rounds and then makes a successful sneak attack with a melee weapon, he can kill or paralyze his foe unless the victim succeeds at a DC 13 (16 with fang of Jaezred Chaulssin and bracers of murder) Fortitude save; even if the save is successful, the victim still suffers sneak attack damage.
Death Knell (Sp): Once per day, Antrysn can use death knell as the spell. CL 10th

This wicked black dagger is curved with a serrated blade with a hilt wrapped in black leather.

Given to Jaezred Chaulssin who have proven themselves by slaying a matron mother, this dagger is created from a fang of a patron father who uses the shadow weave. A fang of Jaezred Chaulssin is a +2 dragonfang dagger with properties of an assassin’s dagger. Furthermore, because of its origin, the blade functions as a shadow weave magic item and retains its magic in dead magic areas.
Variants: Rumors exist of more powerful fangs, crafted from the fangs of the slain shadow dragons of fallen Clan Jaezred. These fangs have been augmented with the enervating special weapon property but otherwise are the same as a fang of Jaezred Chaulssin. (42,602 gp) (17th)
