Edit: I've changed the Courteous Magocracy to Spellwise and reduced Diplomacy and increased Knowledge (arcana) for Laeroth Runemaster. Prince Lamruil's Knowledge (nobility and royalty) was also changed by increasing it due to the changes in the Education feat.

On page 126 in RoF in "history" it says that Nevron is rumored to be a tiefling...of course this is a little late so it maybe don't matter but i just knew i had seen it somewhere...
