Here are two mercenary captains of the Realms. I never would have thought the old D&D trading cards could come in handy but they did with the equipment listed (although Duke Eltan is listed as a 14th level warrior ). Enjoy.

Fairly solid work all the way thru GG, a few of you NPC builds i have minor issues with but that is all.

Have you done up any of the NPC's from the Skullport accessory?

Frightful Presence (Ex): This ability takes effect automatically when Sapphiraktar attacks, charges, or flies overhead. It affects only opponents with 32 or fewer Hit Dice or levels within a radius of 300 feet. Each affected creature must make a successful Will save (DC 32) to resist the effect. On a failure, a creature with 5 or more Hit Dice or levels becomes shaken for 4d6 rounds, and a creature with 4 or fewer Hit Dice or levels becomes panicked for 4d6 rounds. Success indicates that the target is immune to Sapphiraktar’s frightful presence for one day.

Invulnerability: If Sapphiraktar is slain, its spirit immediately returns to its phylactery, from where it may attempt to possess a suitable corpse.

Keen Senses (Ex): Sapphiraktar sees four times as well as a human in low-light conditions and twice as well in normal light. It also has darkvision out to 120 feet.

Paralyzing Gaze (Su): The gaze of Sapphiraktar’s glowing eyes can paralyze victims within 40 feet if they fail a DC 24 Fortitude save. If the saving throw is successful, the character is forever immune to the gaze of Sapphiraktar. If it fails, the victim is paralyzed for 2d6 rounds.

Paralyzing Touch (Su): A creature struck by any of Sapphiraktar’s physical attacks must make a DC 24 Fortitude save or be paralyzed for 2d6 rounds. A successful saving throw against this effect does not confer any immunity against subsequent attacks.
