Paragon characters wouldn't stand a chance. Even most epic characters would find him to have many daunting contingency plans; in the old books, he teleported away before being killed.
I'd like to hear peoples 2 ed. era experiences fighting him. Anybody beat him?

I would think that the sorcerer-kings would fall into the Epic levels at the least. Me, personally, would create them in the vein of Orcus, beyond Epic levels. And Borys would be beyond them, if I had him still around.

Yea... I kind of think heroic levels in Dark Sun would just be about surviving, paragon levels would be about freeing the city states, epic levels would be about taking on a Dragon King...
