I agree- it is not half bad. I have no skill at drawing what-so-ever so I tend not to be overly critical of the skilz of others.

I personally would like to see a banner for Tyr and Urik- my next adventure is taking place in both of thise city-states and it would be cool to have to show my players- IF you can do it!
*use of bold and caps to act as a prod to get artist-monkeys to do my bidding by questioning their artistic ability* :D

If it's after Kalak's death, you can use the one I painstakingly created for the Crimson Legion. You might want it to be shredded at the edge and dyed (unevenly) with blood.

I would think Urik would be something like a red and black flag with a stylized sulfer-yellow lion on it like from English heraldry.
Tyr is something different- I do not recall any discriptions of their flag- there my be one on the cover of City-State of Tyr. I would sugest that you just just your imagination if you cannot find anythig- they have had several changes in government in the last 10+ years and with them becoming a full democracy after the PP books it could be anything.
