"Well did Harathis Elderdusk ward his tower with trapped doorways and mighty golems of stone."This was the room that contained the library of scholarly books.

Just popping in to let you know, Hippolyte, that I click whenever I see an update and I continue to be enthralled with the world and story you're creating.

The next level of the tower was hotly contested. Strange monsters created from the dust of powdered bones on the floor: they could exhale a blast of stench which turned into upwards of a half a dozen swirling little dust devils which harrassed and grabbed at the party.

The sack of the tower was suddenly interrupted by a call from the Vicar of the Silver Flame, Tae Hyung Smythe. We hurried to meet him and then escort him on a dangerous diplomatic mission for the Church into Droam. When we got there, we traveled deep into the forest and ended up at a decidely suspicious place, a manor called the Fallen Demesne, full of devilish characters. The Vicar became more and more nervous and behaved rather oddly as he waited with his bugbear bodyguard.

One of the Tieflings of the Fallen Demesne. He gave his name as Uncle Fritz to us. And managed to trick us out of a very large diamond for some very slight information.

On the way out of Droam: our night's rest on the forest road was disturbed by two hungry ogres. Fortunately our guide Bob the Ranger realized that these two dimwits were part of a work crew for the roads, and he accosted them in their own rough tongue and reminded them of their place.

The dry grassland of Droam in Eberron with the Byeshk mountains in the distance. Along this road journeyed Tanhumeth, Ketevan, Oakheart and company. (An experiment with some of the pastels found at the school; or cray-pas as Koreans call them.)

Our new traveling companion Acolly the Minotaur decided that we really needed a detour to find some booze. "The orcish village is just a couple of hours north of here."Just as we left the main road, we were attacked by three displacer beasts, one of which very quickly got into a bloody wrestling match with our bullheaded friend. I know that anyone perusing these has been wondering, "Where's the action?"

We arrived in the orcish village where the minotaur proceeded to drink himself senseless. Meanwhile Tanhumeth and Ketevan visited the orcish shaman and partook of the particularly mind-enhancing mead and smoke. Visions of purple clouds and primordial trees.
