Rich,
Can you give any hints or info on what repercussions Cyric's imprisonment has had on his power/worhipers?
also,
Can I take it that the gods personal domains (ie. The Supreme Throne, etc.) are now floating in the astral sea like deity domains in core? Sorry if this has been answered already. I would like to second this.

Rich, over on ENWorld someone posted a fifth level Swordmage from the Return to the Moat House adventure. There was some concern about one of his class abilities that let him add his intelligence modifier to his armor class twice if he was wearing light armor. Did this ability make it into the final draft of the class?

Rich, is it likely that we will get any mention of Elven High Magic on the new Player's Guide? Any rules? Did the practice of High Magic survive the dissolution of the Weave?

Yep. I don't know the specifics off the top of my head (whether it's subscription-only, when it will be available) but it's on the way.
Q: What is the Rules Compendium? Some sort of large online database for those with D&DI?

We've talked about it a few times, but we don't have any plans to do so at the moment.
Rich,
Does WotC have plans to develop or release any rules or separate games of Sava? After all, WotC/Hasbro is a game company...

Well, the FRCG and FRPG actually anticipate the PH2 to some degree -- so there are mentions of bards, druids, gnomes, and barbarians sprinkled throughout the two FR sourcebooks. I expect that we'll have a lot more to say about that on DDi when the PH2 comes out. Likewise, when we do new races or classes in other books (a PH3, perhaps), DDi should be the place to go.
Rich
Since we are only getting 2 books on the Realms, where will there be information of adapting new races, classes and the like to the Realms? For example, clearly the Goliath will be a part of the second Players' Handbook. Will info on adapting that race to the Realms appear in the PHB2, in DDi, somewhere else, nowhere at all?
Thanks

So we have official confirmation of bard, barbarians, druids and gnomes?

I'll tackle the second question first. Yes, godly domains/astral dominions are now "floating in the Astral Sea." However, the Astral Sea isn't really a sea per se; it's a great silvery void, much like it always was, but there is a noticeable "astral horizon" that travelers and vessels tend to orient toward, creating the impression that they're traveling along the surface of a sea. The clouds below that horizon tend to take on a darker, gunmetal-silver color, while the ones above are a little brighter. Stars glitter in the spaces between the clouds. Really, the Astral Sea is a medium in which the finite, unique astral dominions can exist. The dominions themselves are not infinite planes any more. Some are pretty big (many hundreds of miles across), others might be as small as a single city or islet. The Nine Hells, for example, are continent-sized caverns within a ruddy, volcanic world adrift in the Astral. As far as the effects of Cyric's imprisonment, the answer is, not much. Direct assistance from Cyric is harder to come by, but then again, Cyric-like most deities--usually works through proxies, angels, and mortal priests. Of course, it drives *Cyric* nuts, because he can't stand the idea of anyone telling him what he can and can't do. That means he's got a big score to settle.
I would like to second this. [request for info on cyric's imprisonment, astral domains]

Question for Rich Baker:
I was wondering what happens in the Lands of Intrigue. I read, in Countdown to the Realms (I think...) that Amn gets a great show off, understandable since they are part of many video games and more. Amn outshine Tethyr and Calimshan. But after the Spellplague, are they still there ? What happenned ? The Empire of Sothillis ? The Queen ? The Wealdath and the Suldaness Elves ?
Thank you !
