THIS!!! THIIIIIIIIS!!!!!!!
I'd like to see a whole selection of these including <$BLOODIEDVALUE>, <$SURGEVALUE>, <$MONSTERNAME>, <$LANDSPEED>, <$FLYSPEED> and probably more. If not the whole suite of tags, then maybe they could just replace the name of the source monster with the name of your own when adding a power, and when you edit your monster's name, it could replace any instance of the old name with the new one in the statblock.

I may be doing it wrong, but I can't pull my created/edited monsters back out of the holding pen to do any further editing.

My HP printer doesn't have an option to print in grayscale.
Is there any chancem for a future build release, of MB creating grayscale entries for monsters?

First off, thank you WotC. I absolutely love this program. After DMing, making monsters is my favorite thing to do. :D
Besides the previously noted things, I noticed a speed error. When I chose "fly" for my monster, it didn't say "fly" after speed. It just read "Speed 8". Also, I think there should be a "fly (hover)" choice for speed choices (I think I was able to add it in there anyways, but it should be a choice). Also, when you choose a second speed mode, it always puts in a number, even if you don't want it there. For example, I wanted "Speed Fly 8 (Hover), Phasing" but it put "Speed 8 (Hover), Phasing 8".
Keep up the great work! I really love this program.

Keep up the great work! I really love this program. I have noticed this as well, it seems like a best practice to always include a land speed for a monster and use the first one for that, adding fly speeds afterwards until this has been changed.
I have to repeat how much I love it though. In the space of two hours, I hand selected, leveled and edited 18 monsters, wrote an custom epic soldier from scratch in 10 minutes and was able to plan out the enemies for my next 6 encounters up to the boss fight for my epic campaign. Now I've just got to figure out the terrain for these encounters.

Print Formatting: I want to add my voice to the chorus that this needs a high priority. Whether printing to a PDF or to my printer, or having an export option, there is really no reason for the file to be anything but standard D&D MM format. Keep up the great work! Darth Frodo
Use any means necessary to bring me the One Ring...and no disintegrations!

First - very happy to see Monster Builder, I will be using this a lot.
Looks like most of the suggestions I was going to make have already been put into this thread. My highest priority (and probably largest, work-wise) request would be support for templates including class templates. Custom templates would be nice, but I'd settle for standard ones.
I would also like to see XML and HTML export, and some options for RTF export (so I can shrink stat blocks down for a two-column layout like printed books have). Also +1 to immunities.
I'd like to see easier ways to get basic racial characteristics, for example, if I make a Kobold it gets the right keywords and adds the Shifty ability etc. This is not hard to do already by modifying an existing creature but as the racial abilities are spelled out in the MM etc it would be nice to have it as a first-class feature.
I'd also like to see search/filter by keyword e.g. all cold, etc, other characteristic like everything with fire resist, or even full-text - find me every monster that mentions "immobilize" somewhere in its stat block.
Is there going to be an NPC builder? (NPCs as from DMG guidelines as opposed to fullfledged character builder characters.)

Include options for house rules. For instance, I reduce hp by 25% and increase damage by 1/2 * Level.
