Just a thought, but since CB is built on .NET platform I would hope the CB devs could re-use a fair amount of code in order to create a Silverlight version (though I am yet to see a Silverlight app that doesn't crash on my Mac).

"On another note, a Character Sheet view for iPhone would be awesome. iplay4e.com is nice but I'm surprised WotC and Hasbro aren't already all over this..."
You can print to PDF using CutePDF freeware then view the sheet however you like.

Add another to the list of those who desire a Mac-based (or at the least Mac-usable) Character Builder.

+1 for mac version, I use both MS and Apple so it would be nice to have it on all machines.

Why is it that we are waiting this long for an Mac OS X version of the Character Builder? With the Apple/Mac platform now closing in on 10% of the market it only makes financial sense to create a Mac version as well as the .Net pc version.
When you consider the vast number of iPod Touchs, iPhones or iPads that you could create the app for as well - or at least a character reader app it becomes ludicrous. Do you (Hasbro) realize the number of gamers that have these devices that would gladly pay you additional revenue for this single app?
To quote a wise old Troll "I am a very, very old troll. Old trolls have many lessons to teach, provided you're sturdy enough not to be offended by a gruff, blunt manner." -Mr_Miscellany

I got my iPad the other day ... first thing I did was see what apps are available for DnD ... not much!
iPlay4e.com is wonderful, but obviously depends on an internet connection which isn't always feasible.
Something like the action cards on iPad would be amazing ... all laid out so you can move them around, tap them to show they've been used, etc. ... in fact, I might just write that myself!

Hey Wizards Character Builder/Adventure Tools team ... here's another option - make sure the app runs on Mono. There's a website to help you test that here: monoontheweb.info/

Just coming back to this one. Honestly I play less D&D than I would otherwise because CB is not on a Mac. As I have more gaming choices that run natively on my computers, I become less inclined to play as much D&D.
