Yes, yes, yes, yes and then yes. Get yourself a job being in charge of DDi please!!!
Cheers! B Ha, thanks for the approval, guys. Not looking for a job, just some good tools. I'd say DDi is in pretty good hands right now. I know we gamers can jump up and down saying we need things NOW but making software is *hard*.
Another advantage of that approach is it would be a series of successes that could be focused on one at a time, gradually building to the massive awesomeness of game table and a library of free adventures.

Incidentally i suspect teh adventure builder will HAVE to come before the Onlione Game table...you need to be able to build a sandbox before you can play in the sand.
My Guess on progress:
1/ Visualiser 2/ Adventure/Dungeon Builder 3/ Online play functionality

Terms you should know... Spoiler:
Show
Kit Build - A class build that is self sustaining and has mechanical differences than the normal scale. Started in Essentials. Most are call their own terms, though the Base Class should be said in front of their own terms (Like Assassin/Executioner)
Power Points - A mechanic that was wedged into the PHB3 classes (with the exception of the Monk) from the previous editions. This time, they are used to augment At Wills to be Encounters, thus eliminating the need to choose powers past 4th level. Mage Builds - Kit builds that are schools of magic for the Wizard. A call back to the previous editions powering up of the wizard. (Wizard/Necromancer, for example) Unlike the previous kit builds, Wizards simply lose their Scribe Rituals feature and most likely still can choose powers from any build, unlike the Kit Builds.
Parcel System - A treasure distribution method that keeps adventurers poor while forcing/advising the DM to get wish lists from players. The version 2.0 rolls for treasure instead of making a list, and is incomplete because of the lack of clarity about magic item rarity.

They will Essentialize the Essentials classes, otherwise known as Essentials2.
The new sub-sub-classes will be:
* Magician. A subsubclass of Mage, the magician has two implements, wand and hat, one familiar (rabbit) and series of basic tricks. * Crook. A subsubclass of Thief, the Crook can only use a shiv, which allows him to use his only power... Shank. * Angry Vicar, a subsubclass of warpriest, the angry vicar has two attacks -- Shame and Lecture. * Hitter. A subsubclass of Slayer, the Hitter hits things. * Gatherer. A subsubclass of Hunter, it doesn't actually do anything, but pick up the stuff other players might leave behind.
Future Essentials2 classes include the Security Guard (Sentinel2), the Hexknife (Hexblade2), the Webelos (Scout2), the Gallant (Cavalier2) and the Goofus (Knight2).
These will all be detailed in the box set called Heroes of the Futile Marketing.
(Though what they should really release tomorrow is the Essentialized version of the Witchalok!)

Would love to see the Monster Builder getting finished first. Can't be that complicated to include the templates for elite and solo monsters and the additional feature for up- or downgrading them. Definitely a very small amount of time needed for this compared to the other projects.
Thereafter Dungeon Builder followed by the Game Table.
Visualizer isn't really important to me and my group.

I know it's not on WotC's list, but something I'd like to see is a program that combines the bonus tools into a more polished DM's workshop. Sort of like the character builder, but for making monsters, encounters, traps, treasure parcels, etc. I'm very impressed by the quality of the Character Builder, so I'd love to see a similar tool for dungeon masters.

I can't say what should be worked on next, but personally I really hope the Game Table comes soon. It is close to impossible finding players in my area (I live in Sweden). My hope is that the Game Table will be a centralized meeting place for players and GM's that have the same problem as me. That would enable me to start playing 4E seriously.

Personally, I don't currently own any of the books, but I've played the various incarnations of DnD for more than half of my life. I'm 30, and I still love the game, but I have a hell of a time finding people to play with. I still have lots of friends that like the game, we just live too far apart to play (started playing in high school, now we're all over the country). So I will be going and buying a copy of probably every rule book when game table comes out. But I probably won't buy any of the books until I know I'll be able to use them. So my vote goes to Game Table. I'm a little worried now that it isn't even linked on the on the upcoming features page at http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dn … ngfeatures . From the demo's of the product it looked like a lot of the aspects worked just fine, and seriously, if it is shadows and flying creatures holding things up, then I'd rather see those as updates over time, with the ability to play the game with my friends across the country sooner. I don't know if it sways anything, but I will buy the books, and know other people who will, when game table comes out. (Personally I think you should even try finding a way to link the miniatures sales to some rare creatures in game table, especially since the business side profits from tie-ins.)

I think that if you love a game you should support your hobby. Buy the books or subscribe to the ddi. The only way anything ever gets done is with money. Think of it this way. If everyone subscribed to ddi that was on the forum, WotC would put more attention into releasing the tool you are longing for. You want to see one or two tools. I want to see them all come out. I don't care what order but I know that i support WotC and they will make things happen if we support them.
Support your hobby. Don't wait for things to happen help them come to pass.

While I would like the game table next, I think the dungeon builder has to be done before the game table. It wouldn't do much good if the game table was up but we couldn't load any dungeons into it.
Also all the tools we have been promised, character visualizer, dungeon builder, and the game table, are still listed in the upcoming feature section. They just changed it all from a detailed description of each with its own section, to one little paragraph. The names of each program are in bold so you can skim the jparagraph and see the mention of them.
