I've subscribed and received my confirmation of the subscription.  I can use the other tools fine and have access to Dungeon and Dragon.  However, when I try to look something up in the Compendium, I get the following helpful message:

Compendium]Save Time with Every Search— wrote:

Save Time with Every Search—Subscribe Now

Gain Full Access to the complete rules text for every race, class, paragon path, epic destiny, skill, feat, power, item, and ritual—from every D&D rulebook and online magazine article. The D&D Compendium offers you the fastest way to find what you’re looking for—and to discover even more.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Try logging out, closing your browser, starting it up again and then logging back in.

That actually worked, however, I seem to have to do this every 30 to 45 minutes, which is really annoying.

Hrmph.

I will pass this on to Solice so that she can pass it on to the proper people. At the same time, I would file a report with Customer Service, they might be able to help you.

That would be the D&Di logging you out. It has happened to me while using the bonus tools and compendium. When I try to access another part of the D&Di it asks me to subscribe, then I notice I'm not logged in anymore. Once I log in I'm good to go again.

Here is another thread about it, specifically the compendium

Once you log in you have 30 minutes to surf another page on the D&D site or the system logs you out. At least that is how I wrote the code and how it worked in testing. If you are surfing the site and it randomly logs you out please let us know. I will be looking over that code again today just to make sure it is working as expected.

Thanx

Thank you for the information. I am at work and do have to leave from time to time, you know, to work (so annoying) so that might be the problem right there.

I edited my other post and put up a more accurate time (30 to 45 minutes) once I had figured it out a little better. Apparently you are just too fast to believe mudbunny.

Also because the compendium checks your login state on the D&D site if you get logged out there you are logged out of compendium.
