Maybe they need new management!! WotC seems to have been too lax with their employees! I know that they are a gaming company, but any other company would have fired people over crap like that, I have fired employees who didn't do enough to even marginally get their job done... that does wonders for the other employees who had been picking up the slack already, they were used to doing his work anyway!! Not that this is somethign that they need to consider(I wish they would though) They are a business, I wonder if they have their departments working on multiple game systems... i.e.; DDI doing Duels of the plainswalkers, the online Mini's demo people handling the mayfair games stuff just some thoughts... From another thread:
I can provide some information on the 4e updates of 3e products.
We commissioned the updates back in 2008, but the work needed a lot of development, and other projects forced us to delay this work. That said, we have two of the updates in typesetting currently and the others being revised/edited as we speak. We're currently planning to release the updates next month (July).
I apologize for the painfully long delays in delivering on our promise to the D&D community. The thread was about Exemplars of Evil and Elder Evils, but I believe he means that all of them are planned to be released in July.

That's correct. The following updates will release in July:
Exemplars of Evil Elder Evils Fortress of the Yuan-ti Stormreach Dragons of Eberron Anauroch
Normally I'd say "Better late than never," but these are pretty damn late. Again, profuse apologies. We suck.

WotC seems to have been too lax with their employees! Human Resources put a stop to Monday morning floggings a few years back. Maybe we need to reconsider that decision . . .

Some companies favor calisthenics. Manipulation, not domination. Requires more work but the results are typically more favorable. "1 . 2 . 3 ."

Chris For the record I don't see this anywhere on the Editorial Calender, any particular reason for that, and if so do you have a date for the release. Exemplars of Elder Evils are the only two I really care all that much about but still it'd be nice to know we finally get them.

Chris Thanks for the update. And releasing this stuff is one baby step toward not sucking.

Chris WOAH!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Ok, now I am super frakking pumped. I clicked this thread expecting nothing, and got a whole big bowlful of awesome. I fully expected a Fall 09 (at the earliest) conversion of this stuff, and I am now being pleasantly surprised (although, admittedly not as pleasant as if it were, say, this time last year). That said, AWESOME!! Dragons of Eberron and Stormreach in 4e = YES PLEASE.

The updates will release in July. Where are they gonna fit in? I'm looking at the editorial calendar for July and not seeing anything. Also, I'm assuming they'll appear in PDF form. For instance, the PH 3 psion will be seen only in the Character Builder/Rules Compendium, not in PDF.
