IN WOTC own Words

Plus, the first adventure in an ambitious three-part arc by Robert Schwalb spanning this issue and the next. This adventure series is intended to give you the chance to wrap up your 3rd Edition campaign before 4th Edition arrives.

Lets see if they can deliver or will this be another broken promise.

Seeing as this March and according to WOTC's schedule
151 was Monthly (OCTOBER)
152 was Bi-Monthly ( November-December)
153 was Bi-Monthly (January-February)
We Should already be on issue 154 (March-April)

Technically Yea they did part 1 in 153, but late as usual.
Promised part 2 and 3 should be here before June, since that launch of 4E Right? Or will that be delayed so we can get parts 2 and 3 before Launch?

I don't think they have a concept of time in WotC online magazine department, they certainly have no concept of a deadline.

That's sort of what happens when you allow people to just write whatever they can write within a month and have it posted immediately.

No thats what happens when They take on too much and wait till the last minute because they think they can do it in 5 minutes and post it immediately. As pointed out they had plenty of time to stock pile and aquire matterial when they knew they were gonna do the Ezines, instead they waited and realized they screwed up and won't admit it.

I would love to run touch of madness, but my party is level 16.

Addtionally, I would more willing to run this assuming i actually had time to play it before the new fast play came out.

The timing of this kinda ticks me off.

I wouldn't consider running Touch of Madness unless you want to create your own sequel adventures rather then the ones provided in the magazine, because the players are almost certainly going to want to follow up on the adventure and having to say "can't do it guys. Sequel hasn't come out yet" would suck.
