At the very beginning of my Eladrin Wizard's adventuring career, he was trying to get into a Tavern, but the entrance was being crowded by a gang of thugs. So I used prestidigitation to make a "fowl smell" emanate from one of the thug's lower regions. The gang promptly disbanded and I entered the Tavern without incident.

Ghost Sound Wizard Cantrip With a wink, you create an illusory sound that emanates from somewhere close by. At-Will ✦ Arcane, Illusion Standard Action Ranged 10 Target: One object or unoccupied square Effect: You cause a sound as quiet as a whisper or as loud as a yelling or fighting creature to emanate from the target. You can produce nonvocal sounds such as the ringing of a sword blow, jingling armor, or scraping stone. If you whisper, you can whisper quietly enough that only creatures adjacent to the target can hear your words.

These are a bit different from the rest.
269: While some DMs probably won't allow it: In 4.0E, there is an item called the Wand of Mage Hands (or something like that), which allows you to make more Mage Hands (one extra per plus)... A single Mage Hand can stop some projectiles coming your way... then what about seven of them? Voila. Magic Shield Bits.
270: Similar to the above: Arm all of the Mage Hands with a crossbow and or a sword (depending on what you have and want them to hold). Launch all of the Hands and the enemy, attacking them from different directions. Voila. Funnels (Or Fangs) (Yes, these are based on technology from different Gundam series.)
271: In our games, spells like fireball and scorching burst are attacks that are charged in the Mage's hands and can therefore be considered a handheld object. Prestidigitation can make a handheld object invisible...
272: Need to wake someone up, but you can't be bothered with getting water to throw over them? Mage Hand to get the bucket of water... And to throw it at him now that we're at it.
273: Cast Light above a Purble Dragon to create a sphere of glowing light above it. Make sure the sphere isn't bigger than the sun seems to be. Use Prestidigitation to make the sphere of light look like the sun. The poor thing is never gonna find a safe place. (4.0 Purble Dragons lose 1/4 their maximum HP if they end their turn in direct sunlight. This light isn't real sunlight, but the illusion should scare the living crap out of the dragon for the first few rounds.)
274: Summon enough Mage Hands and get them to pick up a guard and lift him high enough above the ground (and move him out over the edge of the nearest cliff). When he says "lemme go" or "Let go of me", obey.
275: Use Prestidigitation to make the Male Tiefling Warlock look like the happy, peaceful owner of a store... a flower store, no less.
276: Is there an old woman in town who's bugging you? Use Prestidigitation to give her a bigger nose and some warts and go to the lord warden/king and say "We've found a witch. May we burn her?" If you're lucky, you'll get the permission. If not, you can always fake the cause of death.

#278 Fake your own death (if you an illusionist like me) Your next to death so you use prestidigitation to make it appear your spell backfired and that "fireball" you just cast droped at your own feet (minor action). scream like hell (free action). Cast invisibility on yourself(standard action) move out of the area (movemet). use an action point to cast spectral image of yourself charred burned in unmoving on the floor (action point). release the prestidigitation (free action).
#279 Fake your teamates death. your teamate is next to death so you use prestidigitation to make it appearyoui just missed the attacker and hit your own team member with same "fireball"(minor action) your temate is probably scared out of his mind adding terafied screams to the effect. use ghost sound to whisper in his/her ear "its a ruse, play dead, don't move or say a word"(2nd minor insted of moving) Cast invisibility on teamate (standerd) use action point to cast spectral image of your teamate chared body in the square on other side of teamate away from the attacker using the "fireball" as a screne, as if he/she crawled out of the fireball only to die a moment later.(action point). release the prestidigitation (free action)

Not really ones found in-game, just a few that popped up for some reason I don't remember:
280: Got a lot of wizards in your party? Or is there a Mage Guild nearby? Have a good supply of Staffs of Spectral Hands with you at all times. When you meet other wizards, challenge them to a test, to see who's the better mage. Hand them one of the staffs and have both mages cast Mage Hand to conjure up several Mage Hands. Now challenge them to a game of Mage Hand Volleyball, Mage Handball or other game... Use a Fireball for the ball. For more fun, have 6 hands on each side of a net, each armed with a tennis racket and shooting fireballs over the net (three games of double tennis on a single court.)
281: Got an Archer? Get a small stick (a few inches long) and prestidigitation it to make it look like a sniper scope. Alternately, for even cooler results (and some DMs might allow a +1 or +2 bonus to Attack Rolls) give his bow laser-aiming, which automatically adjusts the line, depending on the angle the bow is held in and compensates for possible side-wind, leaving a nice ring where the arrow will land.
282: Give the archer an advantage, by making yourself invisible and following him everywhere. Then, when he prepares to fire an arrow, if he's trying to be stealthy, make his arrows invisible. The enemy will never know what hit them.
283: Prestidigitation on the other party members' weapons (only the big two-handed ones) to make it appear as if the weapons are just daggers with an extra large hilt.
284: Create a sphere of light inside a lantern, that automatically follows the lantern, wherever it moves. Eventually, give it a nice fiery hue. You no longer have to waste money on oil for the lamp...
285: Enemies like Flame Skulls have fire resistance, because they're on fire. Prestidigitation can snuff out a small fire. A skull is tiny. Guess what I'm suggesting? Snuff out the flames and make it vulnerable to fire (work even better if you have an Infernal Warlock).
286: Prestidigitation can make anything tasty.

So... Dark sun is out with 10 new cantrips, called Wild Talent Cantrips.
They are called: Body Equilibrium, which is to mitigate balancing and for moving on sand, mud or the like. Far Hearing which enables you to hear from a space within a reasonable distance Know Direction, which tells you which way is north Mental Tools, which allows you to create encounter long items, though they cannot be used to hinder or attack. Object Projection, which allows you to teleport something that you are holding to within 10 squares. Psionic Image, which tricks nearby creatures into thinking that you are holding a small or smaller object. Psionic Spark, which sets things on fire at a range of 5 (not attended objects or creatures) Sensing Eye, which is the same as Far hearing but for sight in half the distance Telekenetic Grasp, which is a toned down, but invisible mage hand Thought Projection, which is as it sounds, though it allows pictures
The ones I have underlined are ones that I think can be used in interesting ways. For instance, Mental Tools doesn't state tools for what, and if you need to be experienced in its use. For instance, if you need to open a door in front of you, you could make thieves tools, but actually, why not make the key?
287: Make a key with Mental Tools to open the locked door.
288: Make a tool for building fires, nampha, set it on fire, and you have 5 minutes of fire. Alternatively, use that fire and Object Projection to set fire to something that the enemy is touching.
Psionic Spark: Now, I'd like to know, by RAW, are clothes ''carried''? If they are worn not carried then you can set the mage's robes on fire.
289: PS for instant fried mage/monk.
Also, what if a creature is flammable?
290: set the BBEG's hair on fire.
291: quick jam any mechanical components of the BBEG's toy
292: Do magic tricks for the kids with Psionic Image

This is awesome and gave me a bunch of ideas, so I thought it was only fair to add a few of my own...
294 - My DM made a goblin with a filthy cleaver that dealt extra damage from infecting the wound, so I used Prestidigitation to clean the blade, removing the continued effect.
295 - Use Prestidigitation and Ghost Sound to flash-bang rooms before entering... nice littly CA ploy
296 - Use Mage Hand and Tenser's Floating Disk to move boxes/crates/random crap around in a battle, changing the battle field for a defensive position (I stacked a bunch of boxes in a doorway so our tanks didn't have to defend that opening)
297 - Ghost Sound the voice of God (pick any one of them) into an enemy's ear, telling him to stop the fight/switch sides.
298 - Prestidigitize a captured enemy's blood to taste like Poison, then convince them you will cure them with the antidote if they do whatever you want them to do.
299 - Use Ghost Sound to have the Bartender think other patrons are buying you drinks at a tavern
300 - Use Prestidigitation to make your Ranger's arrows look like little pink Cupid heart arrows. Extra points for turning his clothes pink, making wings appear, and a Ghost Sound choir of angels
